Cala Sant Vicenç is a beautiful and quiet coastal enclave in the north of Mallorca, within the municipality of Pollença. Known for its impressive coves with turquoise waters and its mountainous surroundings, it is an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy nature and Mediterranean beauty without the crowds of other tourist areas.

It has four paradisiacal coves:
- Cala Barques: The largest and with the most services. Ideal for families.
- Cala Clara: Small and with fine sand, perfect for swimming.
- Cala Molins: Popular among tourists and with more water activities on offer.
- Cala Carbó: Wilder and rockier, ideal for those looking for tranquility.
Located between the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and the sea, it offers a spectacular landscape. Although it has hotels and restaurants, it is a more relaxed area than other tourist destinations such as Alcudia or Pollença. Its crystal-clear waters and marine life make it an ideal place to explore under the sea.

You can practice different activities such as:
- Swimming and snorkeling in its transparent waters.
- Hiking and cycling: There are routes that connect with the Tramuntana and viewpoints with spectacular views.
It has small restaurants that offer Mediterranean cuisine and fresh fish.
Just a few kilometers away is Pollença, this historic town has a charming old town and the famous Puig de Maria.

Cala Sant Vicenç is a relaxed and exclusive destination, ideal for families, couples and nature lovers. Although it has tourist services, it retains its Mallorcan essence and is not overcrowded.

Mirador Blue K is a newly built duplex flat for 5 people located in front of the beach of Cala Sant Vicenç with terrace, garden, high speed WIFI and AACC (hot/cold).

This flat has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta which can be enjoyed from the wonderful terrace with sea views and the roof terrace with sun loungers and barbecue.

The flat offers a furnished terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds, barbecue and panoramic view to the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana.

Mirador Blue K offers three bedrooms:
- The first bedroom has a double bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace.
- The second bedroom has two single beds.
- The third bedroom has a trundle bed.

In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with integrated dining area leading to the bright private terrace with excellent sea views.

In front of the flat there is ample free public parking. There is also a private parking in the building which costs 6euro /day.
