For our family of four, this was a great location and easy to get around, central to shops and restaurants. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early which was very helpful. Note to anyone who might have bad knees, there are about 30 steep stairs to climb up to get to the apartment. We had a wonderful time. Nice to be able to do some laundry as well and use the two fans provided . . Very happy to have stayed here.

The rental was clean but there was construction in the apartment upstairs and the hammering started sometimes at 6 AM in the morning. Also the front door was difficult to open and took 10 minutes plus to get into the apartment. There was a bad smell in the apartment and not sure if it was the furniture or from work being done upstairs - it smelled like feces at one time. The location was the best part about this property.

The apartment was very cozy and perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was a huge plus in the July/August heat. The owners were very gracious and helpful. The apartment was very close to everything we wanted to visit. A great location in Florence. One note…the stairs to the apartment are steep. Other than that, everything was great!!

The apartment was in a great location and while it was relatively clean and provided suitable stay with air conditioning the listing was not accurate. The pictures were extremely staged. The shower was not as all as depicted, the corners of the of the photos that were cut off in the listing had ladders, old wooden slabs, and mops hiding in them. None of the plants, throw pillows, table cloths, or table seat cushions existed. Overall the listing very much exaggerates its actual appearance.

Fantastic location. Good responsive communication with the host. Accessibility is a little tricky so just be aware. The stairs to get to the apartment are steep, there are stairs inside the apartment, and the bathroom is quite small. But the location is really excellent.

Excellent property. Very close to Repubblica Square. Great location for exploring all the tourist locations. Easy walking distance to the Bridge and the Duomo. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Host provided a great list of restaurant choices.

Due to some ceiling damage at the apt that we booked, Nimoe was extremely accomodating in getting us an alternative apt that was beyond our expectations. Nimoe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Friendly host. Spectacular location. Surprisingly quiet inside for a bustling city. Comfortable beds. Serious charm to the apartment. Not for those wanting modern luxury with an elevator, but perfect for our family with excellent price. Would return here..

great location

We had a nice stay in Florence. This apartment was located centrally of all the places we wanted to visit. It was equipped with all that we needed...even a washing machine. We were happy with our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here at the Florence tower apartment. Only one flight of stairs and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was a great size and clean. Lastly the location was perfect we walked everywhere from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo all the way to Academia with to see the David. If I find myself back in Florence I will definitely stay here. Can confirm the tooth fairy will visit this apartment if needed!

Trip of a Lifetime

My family and I stayed for three nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the shower was amazing. We especially appreciated the proximity to major attractions and found the noise level from the street was not a problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Make your Florence stay special....we loved it!

Great location. Very nice flat. The couple that handle the property met us there and were just super nice and helpful. Walk from the train station, walk to all the major sites. We highly recommend this apartment and we loved Florence!

Very nice apartment in the center of town.

Could not be more pleased. The apartment was clean, plenty of room and very convenient. The property manager was more than attentive. Would definitely recommend this property.
