Lujo de 4 habitaciones en dos lagos y 32 acres privados

Guauu! Casas para vacaciones como esta no vienen muy a menudo. La señora deslizador Lodge es moderna y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Estamos ubicados en el corazón del bosque nacional de Chippewa en el norte de Minnesota cental sólo 3 1/2 horas al norte de las ciudades gemelas. Ofrece privacidad y serenidad en un punto boscoso de 32 acres entre un lago de 47 'de profundidad y 80 acres y un lago de 25' de profundidad y 60 acres. El Lodge está a sólo 90 'de los lagos en ambos lados con una pendiente gradual. Hay una vista al lago de cada ventana y nada más que bosques por lo que se puede ver.

El Lodge es el único hogar en uno de los dos lagos y comparte el otro lago con una sola casa del lago. Todo el resto de la tierra en los alrededores ambos lagos se encuentra el Parque Nacional, el estado o la tierra del condado.

Nuestros 32 acres están llenos de senderos para caminar y la propiedad está cerca de los senderos para motos de nieve y ATV. Usted tendría que ir millas al norte, este u oeste antes de que se encontraría con otro hogar. Si quiere alejarse de todo, este es el lugar para para usted.

En la primavera y el invierno es aconsejable disponer de una unidad de 4 ruedas para manejar el 3/4 de milla de carreteras del Servicio Forestal que conduce a la casa de campo.

Aunque sabemos que la mayoría de los jóvenes son responsables, preferimos alquilar a familias y grupos de adultos experimentados.

Family trip to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Beautiful home right on lake. Gorgeous sunsets. Good fishing. Saw deer, turkeys, birds, chipmunks. Hiking through cool trees. Kids enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and paddle boating. We all enjoyed the pontoon and went fishing everyday. Kitchen has all appliances and dishes needed. We played many games and did two puzzles on the rainy day—all of which were supplied at the home.

Excellent Place to Stay

Tony's place is fantastic. It's quiet and super private - like having your own lake in the most beautiful area. There's plenty to do - games, movies, outdoor walking trails, outdoor games and more! Tony is super responsive and supportive.

Family Fishing

We had a wonderful time the fishing was great so much fun. The Lodge was perfect, had everything you would need provided. Loved the pool table an all the games provided. Canoeing and Kayaking and floating dock were so much fun. The location was private wer were the only one on the lake most of the time.

Beautiful home situated in a great location. The house was equipped with everything you could want and even a pontoon boat to rent. Tony was very helpful and great to work with. We look forward to renting this home again next year.

Wonderful up north getaway

We had an amazing time staying at LSL. The home amenities were fantastic, the kitchen offers much more than you expect, and such gorgeous views. We selected this location for the large space to host a big group that’s close to ATV trails. Although we would have loved to have been able to jump on the trails from the home the 10 to 25 mile truce to parking was no issue. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you are looking for the quiet, up north experience.

Very Secluded

We had a great time getting away from everything. Very relaxing. We only saw 1 boat during our entire stay. Cabin is beautiful and the description doesn’t do it justice. Family Trip

We had 13 people and all had a wonderful time. We brought more than we needed since Tony has house so well stocked. We caught lots of pan fish and my son-in-law caught a hug northern pike, he got a bragging picture and let the big guy go. Fun to be had by all ages 2 thru 55

Very private cabin with all the space and everything we needed for a group of 10.

Booked the cabin for a family snowmobile trip in February. The weather didn't cooperate, so we spent the weekend ice fishing and exploring the area. Despite the curveball the weather threw us, it worked out great. Fishing was good, the kids enjoyed exploring the trails, playing on the lake and playing ping pong. The cabin had plenty of room for all 10 of us and was furnished with everything we needed for our stay.

Thank you for the kind words, Greg. I'm sorry the snow wasn't there for you, but I'm glad you had good luck fishing. You also mentioned you enjoyed exploring. That was one of my favorite things to do for years when I first bought the property in 1992. We would fill up our ATVs with gas and bring along more gas as well and just take off not knowing where exactly we were going. We often got "temporailly disorineted," but never lost. Girls' weekend

My four sisters and I rented this home for our annual getaway. It was one of our all time favorites and we've stayed at many VRBOs throughout the years. The home is on a really lovely and secluded piece of land that far exceeded what we'd imagined. The interior was nicely done and the kitchen well stocked for all of our cooking and baking. I would love to visit again during the warmer months to take advantage of the beautiful lakes and all the water crafts available. Thanks so much! We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing Place to Relax & Stay!

This place is a gem. My husband and I, and our two dogs were lucky enough to spend a week at Lady Slipper Lodge. The property is on 32 acres and so quiet. It was so relaxing listening to the loons, watching wildlife, we boated, fished off the dock, hiked on the trails. The owners have every amenity that you could possibly desire, both inside the cabin and outside. The kitchen has every pot and pan, utensil, etc...it truly felt like home and best of all is the owner is a joy to coordinate your stay with you. We hope to be back next year. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to others!

Peaceful Nature Retreat

We loved the serenity and privacy of the property. The lakes were client and crystal clear. The kids loved fishing, canoeing and swimming. My husband and I (and our dog) loved walking the trails and spotting birds. There were three green herons nesting nearby. It was a lovely spot. The owners were helpful and responsive to our various questions and requests, even going so far as to call us to warn us of some bad weather that was potentially heading our way. We heartily recommend this property.

Peaceful and private getaway

The location and privacy is what makes this place an excellent getaway to recharge the batteries. There is really only one other place on the entire lake. We had 6 days of complete privacy as the only boat on the lake. It is so nice to only hear the sounds of wildlife (loons, ducks, trumpeter swans, and others) during our entire stay. The real surprise was the internet was fantastic - we streamed plenty of shows/movies on the rainy day with no freezes or problems. The owner Tony was easy to work with and shared his personal contact information right away. Very quick to respond and share fishing tips as well. This was probably our best VRBO stay ever. Highly recommended.

3 generation family vacation

Our 3 generation family, ages 2-68 throughly enjoyed our week at Lady Slipper lodge. We were able to launch 2 boats plus we made extensive use of the kayaks, paddle boat and canoes that came with the lodge. The 6 kids had a blast swimming from the swimming dock, fishing, hiking, tubing, kayaking, riding bikes and exploring. We used the fire pit most evenings. The lodge itself is gorgeous! The kitchen is well supplied. Loved the extra refrigerator and freezer in the lower level. We enjoyed the stars at night and the sounds of the loons. We had 3 dogs along too and they enjoyed the outdoor time too. We played cards and watched movies in the evening. Caught some nice crappies too. Plenty of room for everyone to have a little quiet time too.

Amazing Privacy

We chose this property for the clear lakes to fish and boat in and the seclusion in the forest. We were not disappointed! The pontoon boat was wonderful for our crew and so easy to use for fishing. What a thrill to be startled by 2 trumpter swans gliding out of the cattails as I kayaked the perimeter of the lake. The loons did not disappoint us with their antics and calls. We also saw a blue heron, kingfisher, chipmunk, beaver, turtle, eagle, deer, turkeys, and geese. The ultimate highlight was the BEAR! We took the pontoon boat out for one last ride before we left, and my husband spotted this black shape. We couldn't get very close due to the lily pads, but we got some blurry pictures. He was probably munching berries like my husband and I had been the day before, along the North Country Trail. The mattresses are great, with plenty of space for our group of 11. I was grateful for the use of the washer and dryer. We brought our own bikes. It's a great area to bike in, even the trails in the woods. We biked to Graves Lake and Cedar Lake and another day, into Remer for lunch. Thanks so much for sharing so we could enjoy God's marvelous creation!

Great time had by all!

Our family had an amazing time at LSL! Beautiful, very private, and peaceful! Our group of 8 consisted of my husband, our four adult children, two of their significant others, and our two Huskies. There was a ton of outdoor space to play yard games and let the dogs run about. The lake was deep, crystal clear, and the pontoon was a fabulous extra feature. Plenty of room for everyone to fish and swim off of. The home is beautiful inside and the kitchen is top-notch when cooking for larger groups. With one day of rain, we made good use of the pool table and held a wicked cribbage tournament. :) We lost power on our second day and texted the maintenance person Fred. He responded to us right away! After checking with the power company it turned out something had happened in the city causing us to lose power. A neighbor from down the street also came to check in on us to make sure we were ok. The power was back on within two hours. We appreciated the great communication and thoughtfulness of those nearby. There were a few items that needed minor repairs but overall it was a phenomenal stay! Thank you Tony for opening up your wonderful space for others to enjoy!

Needs TLC

First impression as we drove up to the home was not "Exceptional" as advertised. The landscaping around the home needed attention. We noticed that there were weeds and the outdoor furniture was old, dirty and had mildew. The outdoor stairs up to the doorway lacked attention and needed to be stained. The outside of the home lacked the TLC to make it categorized as "Exceptional". The inside of the home lacked the attention to detail as many of the window blinds were inoperable. Many windows were also inoperable due to missing crank handles. Master shower door needs updating as it would not shut correctly. Master bedroom patio door handle was broke. There is a beautiful wrap around deck that we did not use due to the lack of nice furniture. Fire pit lacked nice furniture. Stairway walls to the lower level was partially painted. Flooring in the game room was only partially finished. We could not swim due to the weeds and lily pads not being cleared, to allow you to swim out to the swim raft. Just needed a path to be cleared. The taxidermy can be a bit overwhelming. This is a beautiful home that is not keeping up with the needed maintenance of the home. Pro's: There are row boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets etc. The kitchen is "Exceptional". The ATV and walking trails are beautiful. Privacy, Privacy, Privacy !! It was awesome.

I am sorry we did not live up to your expectations. I notice however that you were critical of the flooring in the game room not being finished. You apparently failed to read either of the emails I sent to you containing an explanation of a leak that we recently had and apologizing because some of the vinyl had to be removed. That may also explain why your wife contacted me and asked for access information when you arrived notwithstanding that I had already sent it twice. You also were critical of there not being a better place to swim even though my property description clearly says that there is not a good beach. You also thought it was a deficiency worth mentioning that we did not have "nice furniture" on the deck or around the fire pit. I was unaware that such high expectations existed among our renters, but I will make sure I have new furniture delivered to the lodge right before you arrive for your next visit. The balance of your complaints are the result of losing my handyman, but a new person was recently hired and I expect to have those items addressed in the near future. I am wondering, however, if you would come back and point them out in person because they seem to have been missed by every other guest who has stayed at the LSL. Thank you.

Amazing place to get away!

The Lodge is an amazing property that gives you a chance to get off the map and enjoy great company. A quick walk gave us a chance to ice fish and the cabin itself was perfect for a group ready to cook big meals and enjoy hours of activities.

“Paradise In The Woods”

As soon as you get off the main road to head to the Lodge you start to feel how relaxing and quiet that it all of a sudden becomes. You then see the lodge that’s nestled on the point of two lakes and tucked away deep in the woods. From that point on everything that you would think that a getaway home should be, becomes a reality. The rest you need to experience for yourselves. You will never forget it! Serenity!

Fantastic cabin for family getaway

We loved our vacation, everything was perfect and we are definitely coming back for more great memories. Fantastic property as well as owners.

Denise and I live in Nowthen, MN, which is a rural community 45 minutes north of Minneapolis. We have three adult children and ten grandchildren. We run an auction company called AAA Auction. I am a retired lawyer, a real estate broker and an auctioneer.

As a teenager, I camped and fished at Big Winnie quite a bit. I loved to hunt grouse too and on our trips to Winnie when we drove through the Remer area, I always thought that I would like to have a place where I could fish and hunt grouse right out my back door.

So when I began looking for a property, fishing, hunting and serenity were my main goals. I didn't want close neighbors and I wanted elbow room for kids, dogs, shooting guns and general revelry. I looked for two years before I found this property.

My wife, Denise, allowed me to have my dream when we bought this property in 1992. At that time there was only an old tarpaper shack with cracks in the wall that were so big birds could fly in. It was love at first sight. Quiet. Beautiful. Majestic. I could close my eyes and see all of the memories that my family and friends would make in the years to come ---and we did. That was 32 years ago.

Although the Lodge is modern and comfortable with many amenities, the comment that we hear most often is how peaceful and private the Lady Slipper Lodge is. It is truly a rare piece of land. It is a 32-acre point of land between two lakes. It is the only piece of private property on Lower Milton Lake and when you are there you will see more wildlife than you will see other people. We cut many trails on our land and if you are more adventurous, there are many miles of hiking and ATV trails right out the back door that lead deep into the Chippewa National Forest.

While we don't have walleyes or a sandy beach, we do have a swimming raft and great crappies, sunnies, northerns and bass. There is also a swimming beach located on Little Sand Lake nearby. Our lakes are also great for ice fishing. Many people come to this area as well for deer hunting and it has great grouse hunting.

In the summer you will enjoy our boats that come with the rental. These include 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, 2 small fishing boats, a stand-up paddle board and a pontoon paddle boat. We also have a pontoon boat with a 60 HP motor that you can rent during your stay.
