Step outside and discover your private access to Little Bass Lake, just moments from the door. Set in a secluded bay with a natural lily pad shoreline, it’s the ideal spot for peaceful paddles by canoe, kayak, or SUP. Anglers will love the excellent fishing for bass, panfish, and pike, while nearby lakes—including Big Thunder, the Boy & Woman Chain, and Leech Lake—offer even more opportunities to explore.

We had a great time staying here! The house was the perfect size for our group of six, and the hot tub was an awesome added bonus. The host was great to work with and made the stay easy and enjoyable. We really loved the space overall.The only small thing that could have been better was the kitchen setup—it was a bit limited on cooking bowls and utensils and on the smaller side. That said, it didn’t take away from our experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Better than perfect! The place is really well put together, from being very clean to very comfy beds. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, more games than you can count not to mention the wonderful hot tub! We were a party of 8 and we were very comfortable. The owner really thought of everything!

Really a nice place. Had most everything we needed and was well kept overall. We did have to go to town for some hot tub chemicals as it had not been used for a bit. Got it running and had no other snags. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Loved watching the deer, swans and owls.

The hot tub was wonderful! The host was responsive and helpful, and the place was clean and cute. We loved the outdoor spaces and seeing wildlife. The lake was low while we were there which was unfortunate, but still a nice backdrop to our weekend anyway. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful place for a girls getaway

Had a girls trip that this place accommodated perfectly. Unfortunately the weather was not as accommodating but we enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about another trip there this fall.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The fishing was amazing, the pontoon was fun and worked great for our family of four. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the large property and the abundant wildlife that visited us during our stay. Host responded immediately to questions I had. We would love to come back.

Exellent stay!

Loved the place! Nice long driveway, could probably fit 4 trucks with 4 boats if needed. We only had 2 trucks and 2 boats but plenty of driveway space for more. Very easy check-in and checkout. Owner was quick to respond also.

Stunning cabin and fantastic atmosphere! We stayed here for a friend’s weekend in February. The property is just as stunning in the winter as it is looks from its summer pictures. There was plenty of room and great amenities. Hot tub with a tv in the gazebo was a huge hit, but we also loved the projector and ping pong table down stairs. Kitchen was stacked with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a lot of natural light during the day which is fantastic! Our one note was if we ever stayed again we would bring headlamps for late night board games, it got a little dark in the main room. The over head light in the dining room is very cozy but doesn’t put out a lot of light. But that is such a small thing compared to how great everything thing was and the hosts were incredibly responsive and thought of all the little things that really make a stay special. We would for sure be back and fell in love with thunder lake. Already planning a fall trip if we can
