We are Taylor Holiday Lets, a local family run holiday let business, and we personally manage and care for every property we host. Being hands on means we know each home inside out and can make sure it is always well prepared for your stay.

We live locally and love the Peak District and surrounding areas. We enjoy helping guests make the most of their time here, whether that is recommending great walks, places to eat or family friendly days out. Our focus is on creating relaxed, comfortable stays where guests feel well looked after, without anything feeling over managed or impersonal.

We take pride in offering well maintained homes, clear communication and a friendly, responsive approach from booking through to check out.

We chose this area because it offers the best of both worlds. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside and riverside scenery, yet still close to lively towns, great pubs, cafés and family friendly attractions. The pace is relaxed, the views change with the seasons, and there is always something new to discover, whether it is a quiet walk, a scenic drive or a hidden spot by the water.

What we enjoy most is how easy it is for guests to slow down here. Days can be as active or as restful as you like, exploring trails, visiting nearby villages or simply sitting outside listening to the river and enjoying the surroundings. It is an area that suits families, couples and groups equally well, which is exactly why we love hosting here.

What makes Haddon Villa unique is its rare combination of space, character and location right in the heart of Bakewell. Large detached homes with private parking are extremely hard to find in such a central position, yet here everything the town has to offer is just a short walk from the front door.
