The Villages es una de las principales comunidades para adultos en la soleada Florida. Se ha destacado en la televisión nacional durante los principales torneos de golf y en revistas como Reader's Digest, AARP, etc. Hay tantas actividades (500 por semana) que puede encontrar casi cualquier cosa a su gusto. Si solo desea relajarse, la comunidad cuenta con lagos, muchas vistas hermosas, reservas naturales y el único sendero para caminar en The Villages está cerca de nuestra casa. Si desea ir a la playa, solo le tomará aproximadamente una hora llegar a Daytona Beach y 1. 3 horas a Clearwater. Ir a la playa por la mañana y volver por la tarde. Disney World está a solo 1. 2 horas de distancia ... Ve tú mismo o lleva a los nietos.

La ubicación de nuestra casa de alquiler es particularmente ventajosa debido a su proximidad a campos de golf, greens de práctica, clubes de tenis, centros de recreación, clubes de campo y tiendas. Tenemos un gran lote en la esquina con un patio trasero privado para que no estés mirando el lanai de otra persona cuando quieres privacidad.
El centro comercial Mulberry Grove con una tienda de comestibles, restaurantes y grandes almacenes no está muy lejos. Todos estos se pueden visitar con el carrito de golf personalizado incluido. Hay caminos de carritos de golf en todos los pueblos que le permiten viajar por este medio si lo desea.

Hay algunos extras en nuestra casa. Tenemos una Wii Nintindo con la que puedes divertirte y hacer ejercicio junto con los juegos de Wii.
Tenemos altavoces Sony que aceptan su iPad / iPhone para que pueda reproducir su propia lista de reproducción.
¡Nuestra casa en The Villages es un lugar encantador que realmente disfrutará!

This was such a relaxing stay. We enjoyed our month here. This spacious two-bedroom was very comfortable. We are not particularly into golfing, pickleball, or other sports activities, but there are many wonderful options in The Villages. I highly recommend this location.

Comfortable, well stocked, and responsive host.

I rented for 6 weeks while looking for a home. The hosts were so generous with their help, and providing information that was very helpful. They even had the local paper delivered for me. If needed, I'd rent here again with no reservations.

Would rent again!

Great experience checking in and out. Very comfortable stay. House was provided with everything. Very clean too! Would definitely rent again with no hesitation. The host was the best. Very friendly.

The house is on a nice street close to one of the rec centers. The house had everything you need the furniture we found to be a little tired but it's clean.

Great get-away!

Russ was excellent in getting back to us on any question we had. The TV had us stumped, but we got through it. Had a great time.. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Beautiful house!

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Very nice neighborhood! We had everything we needed except a Keurig coffee maker. Nice bedrooms and baths, especially loved the lania. Everything was clean and nice. Beautifully decorated! Golf cart was great. We would definitely stay there again! Owner was very nice.

Nice House in the Village

The property was inviting and very clean. It was close to Publix. Everything was available. If we needed to contact Russ, he was a call away. Close to a few squares and activities. It was also a quiet neighborhood.we had a wonderful time in Chatham and would definitely come back.

Great place for enjoying The Villages

The property was very well kept and was stocked with everything you need to experience The Villages as if you had been living there for several years. The host was very accommodating and periodically checked in with you to make sure you were not having any problems and were fully enjoying your stay The property is located very near the northern boundary of The Villages and offers very convenient access to the major thoroughfares both inside and outside The Villages The nearby executive golf courses are fun, challenging and we're very easy to get onto, even on the weekends. There are also excellent practice facilities ( driving range, chipping green and putting green) that are 5 to 10 minutes away by golf cart.

So many activities

There were 10 pickle ball courts at Mulberry Grove which is about 5 minutes from the house. The people are very friendly. The courts on the left are for intermediate players courts on the right advanced. They start early and go to about noon. There are many other places to play. They give lessons but you have to sign up 6 days ahead of time. I don't play golf but my sister does. She came down for a week. It was the height of the season and very hard to get tee times. You make a request for a reservation 6 days ahead of time. You can call the day you want to play but the tee times were really late around 5PM. There were place to play outside of the Villages that were reasonable, There were so many activities. I tried archery and fencing both were a lot of fun. The local paper is delivered daily that give you the activities for the day. The Thursday edition gives you the activities fro the week. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is entertainment at the 3 squares every night from 5-9PM. Happy hour (2 for 1) is 5-6PM. The only thing missing was a nearby beach.

Charming cottage allows taste of The Villages

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in the mature, northern section of The Villages, is a perfect size for a couple to stay very comfortably and get a taste of village life. The two bedrooms are spacious, large closets allow to keep areas orderly, the living and kitchen areas are comfortable, and the lanai/Florida room allows you to experience the outdoors without bugs. The decor feels homey but not overdone. Russ was responsive and helpful if we had questions or concerns. An informative instruction manual covers most questions. Although the neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet, it is close to the northern edge of the Villages. Travel times to the Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing were about 15 mins by car, twice that by golf car. If you are a golfer, it is right around the corner from the Nancy Lopez Championship Golf Course and Country Club. Be sure to take the golf car out once or twice to get a feel for the golf car paths. It's a great experience and a way to meet people! Truck Owners Beware! They're not kidding when the listing says that larger trucks may not fit, both lengthwise and heightwise will be a tight fit in the garage. We have found this to be true of many homes in Florida. We're in a F-150 and it was a tight fit so we just parked in the driveway. If you are interested in the Villages, why stay for just a few days, when you can rent here for a month?

The hist was very welcoming & accommodating. He asked if I had everything I needed and if everything was working. During my stay he had the golf car battery and the smoke detector battery replaced immediately. House has everything needed fir a carefree stay.

Great stay near everything.

Comfortable stay in a home that had everything. A manual and guide to nearby events. I loved that I had pots and pans to cook anything and even some necessities I hadn’t thought of. Very clean and the owner communicated with me well since I can’t use a remote even with a manual. Lol.

Awesome place to stay long term

From the moment I spoke to Russ (owner) before our 1 month stay, with a pet (very pet friendly) to when the month was over it was so easy and relaxing. Usually the pet friendly houses are very limited and I was so lucky to find this house. The house is so comfortable and spotless clean, The neighborhood and neighbors are so pleasant and welcoming. We actually wanted to extend our stay for another month but it was booked already. Yes we will definitely come back and I will contact Russ again to rent this home, Loved it!!

This is a great community to stay in. Lots of fairly close shopping and very quiet area. Property owner very helpful and communicates often.

My wife is an avid reader who also attends and enjoys needlepoint groups. She also likes hiking.

We play golf on one of the best Executive course(Amberwood), tennis, pickleball(10 courts at Mulberry Grove), walk on the walking path in Villages, play cards, and go to the town squares in the evenings where we listening to the live music and go dancing under the stars. We also enjoy the many wonderful restaurants in the area, some with an ethnic flare.
