External Description



Villa Gaglietole is immersed in the wonderful Umbrian hills, near the small Medieval village of Gaglietole. The property boasts a private fenced garden with parking (6-7 uncovered parking spaces), barbecue, and dining area with gazebo and 3 stone tables, for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces, the villa includes a fenced-terraced pool (14 x 6 m, depth 1 - 1.20 m), open from 15 June to 30 September, and equipped with: sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower (with hot water), and a bathroom (with shower and washing machine). From the pool you can admire a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside.



Internal Description



Spread over 3 floors, Villa Gaglietole is divided into 5 comfortable apartments, each with an independent entrance, equipped kitchen, outdoor space with dining table, and view over the pool. The whole property can sleep up to 28 people, has 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 indoor and 1 outdoor). 2 camping beds are available on request. Pets are not allowed.



Apartment 1 (80 m2): Able to accommodate up to 6 people, this apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living area with dining table, tv, and kitchen (with stove, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and kettle). Then you will find a closet, a bathroom with shower, and 3 bedrooms divided as follows: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

Moreover there is an outdoor space with dining table.



Apartment 2 (80 m2): This apartment for 4+2 people is located on the first floor with independent access from an external staircase (18 steps). It is made up of an open space living area, furnished with: tv, double sofa bed, dining table, and kitchen (with table, stove, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and kettle). Following is a closet, a bathroom with shower, and 2 double bedrooms.

The apartment also has a terrace with table, ideal for outdoor lunches/dinners.



Apartment 3 (60 m2): Able to accommodate up to 4+1 people, this apartment is located on the first floor with independent access from an external staircase (18 steps). You are welcomed by an open space living area, equipped with: single sofa bed, tv, dining table, and kitchen (with stove, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and kettle).

The sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with a canopy double bed and 1 twin bedroom.

Besides there is a closet, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace with dining table.



Apartment 4 (60 m2): This apartment for 4+1 people is located on the first floor with independent access from an external staircase (18 steps). Inside you will find a living area with single sofa bed, tv, dining table, and kitchen (with stove, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and kettle).

Following is a closet, a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, and 1 single bedroom.

The apartment also boasts a terrace with dining table, for alfresco meals.



Apartment 5 (80 sqm): Able to accommodate up to 4+2 people, this apartment is located on the second floor. Access is via an external staircase (18 steps) up to the first floor (shared with the apartments located on this level), then you continue by crossing an entrance door and going up an internal staircase (17 steps).

The apartment consists of a living area with double sofa bed, dining table, and equipped kitchen. Then there is a closet, a bathroom with shower, and 2 double bedrooms.

Externally you will find a private balcony with small table and chairs.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); extra cleaning (25.00€ per hour). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
