Muy deseada unidad de piso superior completamente renovada con espectaculares vistas a la bahía y un espacioso espacio de 700 pies cuadrados para disfrutar de sus vacaciones.

1 cuadra de la playa de Vanderbilt. Con condominio, piscina en la azotea, spa y sauna con espectaculares vistas a la bahía.

Este condominio METICULAMENTE LIMPIO y completamente renovado, completamente restaurado por el propietario, está equipado con sombrillas, sillas y toallas de playa.

La cocina abierta de tamaño completo tiene muchos gabinetes para guardar con espaciosas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad. La cocina también incluye estufa superior lisa completa, horno de microondas, lavaplatos de tamaño completo, refrigerador, eliminación, ollas y sartenes, tostadora, cafetera y cubiertos están todos incluidos. Lavadora, secadora en la unidad.

El dormitorio principal incluye cama con plataforma tamaño queen con 4 cajones grandes, cómoda separada y armario para todos tus trajes de baño. El dormitorio también cuenta con TV y una ventana de impacto para noches tranquilas y tranquilas.

Great location!

Clean, well equipped one bedroom condo in a great location. Easy access to the beach (laughing at the poor folks looking for parking) in north Naples. Property manager was informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at Bernice & Stephens condo. It was exactly as pictured, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top pool, close proximity to the beach, and the sweet little touches the owners left for us. I would highly recommend this lovely condo.

One week stay

This was a very nice unit and location. Very close to the beach (which was a great beach) with easy access to restaurants in the area. Easy parking on the ground floor under cover and the elevator made access to out second floor condo easy and fast. Check in/check out was a easy with Steve and Bernice living in the buiding across from our condo.

Property was 100% as advertised. Our hosts were great at communicating everything that was going on in the area ahead of time so there were no surprises. Very short walk to the beach! easy parking in a reserved spot. Our hosts even left wine and chocalates for us. A+

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I had a relaxing and fun time in this immaculate apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and great view. The roof top pool is clean and warm and a great place to read or take a nap. Walk to the beach for amazing sunsets and you are only a short drive away from excellent grocery stores and restaurants! We will be back!!

Perfectly located near the beach.

Beautiful condo with a very nice layout, and a well stocked big kitchen. Washer and dryer in condo. A beautiful swimming pool with incredible views. One block to the beach. Parking and elevator. Owners were amazing! A new park is going in and has a nice water view.

Incredible location and wonderful Condo 10/10

My wife and I travelled to Naples between April 11th through Sunday April 21st. The location of the condo is fantastic. You can catch every beach sunset and be home in a 5 minute walk. Publix just a short 5 minute drive off Vanderbilt Beach Road. Vanderbilt Beach is white sand and blue waters in both directions. Anywhere you eat around the food is so flavorful. The condo has a really spacious layout and a good view of the inner channel and water. This was a VERY easy drive from Fort Myers airport and the parking was simple with a numbered spot. The kitchen is a very good size and the tv area is the highlight, very spacious with a super comfy couch that reclines for extra comfort. There is a well known comedy club 10 minutes away that has big acts come through working out their new material. We saw Kevin Nealon from SNL the second night. Off the Hook Comedy Club. The owners of the condo are close by and (Bernice and Stephen) were always available for a text or call if needed and were truly welcoming. Lastly, the pricing of the condo in this location can't be beat. All amenities are close by and a beautiful beach is just a 5-minute walk away. 10/10

Vanderbild beach.

This is a great place to stay and it is only 3 minutes walking to the beach. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you need to make your own meals. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary, which was a plus. Easy communication with the Host Bernice. She was always available to help if needed. Great stay! Thanks Bernice & Steven !

Bernice and Steve are wonderful. The place is so clean and close to the beach. Loved the roof top pool and hot tub. Condo has all the necessary things and Berniece and Steve were very helpful and responsive. We will be back for sure.

Vanderbilt Beach is 5 min walk. Ritz Carlton is 3 min. Shopping and dining 3 min drive. Great location for walking, jogging or biking. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Condo layout, age and amenities are good, not great.

Excellent Experience

Bernice and Steve went out of their way to acclimate me to the condo and surrounding area. They shared great recommendations and made me feel like a priority during my stay. Vanderbilt Beach and the rooftop pool were amazing! I had everything I needed at their property and thoroughly enjoyed my trip!
