We have been original owners and loving caretakers of Condo #703-A at Vanderbilt Landings in Vanderbilt Beach/Naples since 1989. We purchased the condo with our parents as a “second home” that would serve as a beautiful getaway location for our family to meet on vacations or for special occasions as our family is spread throughout various locations across the country. We still frequently visit our vacation “home” and we keep it in excellent shape for our own enjoyment and that of renters. We now have had four generations of family and friends enjoy staying at our “home-away-from-home” and look forward to spending many more good times there!

In addition to its amazing location and beautiful view of the Gulf, our condo is uniquely “couple” and family-friendly – whether your planned trip is a “solo getaway” for you and a spouse or significant other, a family gathering with all of the kids (or grandkids!), or a restful get-together with good friends. The condo has two bedrooms plus a den with sleeping accommodations. We have one King size bed, two Twin size beds, one queen pull-out couch in the living room and one full pull-out couch in a den. We recently updated the condo with new flooring and new paint throughout all the rooms, new lighting in the kitchen, updated appliances, refinished cabinets, a new master bath vanity with double sinks, new second bathroom vanity and flooring, new mattresses in both bedrooms, new Pottery Barn linens and pillows on the beds and sofas, and new towels and rugs in both bathrooms. Our condo is baby/child-ready; equipped with a pack ‘n play (including a newborn sleeper) and a high-chair. Finally, we have stocked the condo with all beach and pool essentials that you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach/Naples weather. We have lots of beach towels, some beach chairs, cups to fill with your favorite cold beverage and even a “Wonder Wheeler,” a rolling cart on which you can stack your beach chairs and stock with all your goods and easily roll over to the beach just across the street via our condo’s paved, private beach access pathway.
