Casa privada frente al lago en el hermoso lago Sproat

Relájese y descanse en nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños de 2180 pies cuadrados frente al lago. El piso superior es todo el dormitorio principal con cama queen size, baño de 4 piezas, terraza privada con increíbles vistas del lago y las montañas. El piso principal tiene un amplio y espacioso salón con increíbles vistas, cocina abierta y área de desayuno, lavadero con 2 piezas de baño, dormitorio con literas dobles, gran terraza parcialmente cubierta con asientos y área de barbacoa. El nivel inferior tiene cama queen size, baño de 3 piezas, otra cubierta grande con bañera de hidromasaje nueva con vistas al lago.
Casa de 3 niveles, cada nivel tiene dormitorio, baño y terraza. Bomba de calor con aire acondicionado.

Lake House está a solo 15 minutos de Port Alberni, a 2 minutos del restaurante Sproat lake landing & Drink waters, de la licorería y de la cafetería.
Los huéspedes disfrutarán de hermosas vistas, impresionantes puestas de sol, todo el día nadando en aguas cristalinas en nuestra playa privada y el muelle con familiares y amigos. Traiga su bote y amarre a nuestro muelle privado y navegue por el lago, eche un vistazo a los famosos bombarderos de agua. Estacionamiento para remolque de bote disponible al otro lado de la calle.

En el lago hay lugares donde puedes alquilar botes, kayaks, tablas de paddle, etc. También hay 2 muelles de combustible en el lago y 2 restaurantes.

Amablemente solicitamos un ambiente libre de humo y absolutamente NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS. Por favor, no hay fiestas ruidosas para respetar a nuestros vecinos en el lago.

Gorgeous lake views!

Very nice property, owner is great to work with and super responsive with recommendations, a few upgrades here and there would make this a true 5 star property, nothing major though, overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We love Sproat lake! Tammy's place has an amazing dock and beach. The view from the deck can't be beat. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely location on Sproat Lake. This house is beautiful! My husband paddled on the paddle board and I kayaked. We enjoyed watching the sun come up and the sun go down. Read lots of books! We ate most of meals here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were spotless. We hope to be back soon. We hated to leave!

Beautiful getaway

This home has a breathtaking view of the lake, and has all that you will need. Spotlessly clean and fresh. The dock is wonderful as is the shaded deck. Perfect retreat to come back to again and again.

Great place

We had a lovely week here and enjoyed the quiet area of the lake the house is on. The hot tub was a bonus for the chillier days! Well equipped house and comfortable with a big covered patio. We will definitely go back!

Comfortable, well equipped lake house in prime lake location

Our adult children and my elderly mother stayed for a week in August and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is quite accessible, even for those with limited mobility. The house is well-equipped with many thoughtful touches. Owners were very responsive to our questions and request. We'll definitely stat again!

Always always a pleasure!

Such a wonderful lakefront property. We are avid water skiers so the location and the boat friendly dock are a big plus. The house is spacious and well supplied, comfortable with nice big breezy porches and decks. It was hot so we didn’t use the hot tub much but it is a nice feature for sure. Thanks again Tammy- you’ll see us again!

Love this place!

Casual but well appointed home on wonderful Sproat Lake. We love it for water skiing, nice happy hours on the dock, lake fun and excursions to Tofino and such. If we don't feel like cooking dinner, there's always Drinkwater restaurant 5 minutes up the street... or lake.

The house has a good beachy feel to it. The dock and backyard area are great for relaxation and water activities. The dock is a great area for the kids to jump into the water from and its close to the boat launch as well

Amazing lakefront property

This spacious lakefront house is set in the most amazing location on Sproat Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock for our boat and beach front - perfect for the kiddos and all their water toys. The place is nicely equipped with the kitchen necessities as well as a bbq. We appreciated having the games and DVDs, especially as we had some forest fire smoke overhead for a couple of days (as did the rest of province). Your family will have a most memorable time here. Thanks so much Tammy and family for your hospitality and sharing your special place with us.

Great spot on Sproat Lake

Lovely spot to enjoy the lake. We had great fun renting a boat one day. The house is comfortable and spacious is well equipped, some of the downstairs rooms were a little rustic but its a rustic location after all....we enjoyed lots and would love to come back, for longer than just 4 nights next time...

A little piece of Paradise!

We had such a fantastic time staying at this property. The lake views can't be beat and the water is so warm and clean. The home was clean and comfortable for our group, plenty of options and configurations for sleeping. The location can't be beat , being only a short 5 minute walk to the Landing pub and restaurant! The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will be back for sure :)

Spectacular place to stay!

Summer Sanctuary

This is an unbelievable property with so much to offer. A beautiful view from every window and such serene surroundings it’s hard to believe you’re not far from restaurants and stores! I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and it brought back many fond memories of our childhood lakehouse. The house is clean and well cared for and has everything you could possibly need to have some summer fun!

Perfect!

Amazing views of the lake from every room! The dock and beach area provide you with everything you need to enjoy the lake to its full potential. The house is clean and comfortable and is stocked with all the daily necessities. The two decks are super spacious and the hot tub was a good bonus for warming up after a night time swim. Looking forward to booking our stay for next summer :)

Incredible lakefront property and cozy home

We had a great time staying here for 4 nights during the week with our young child and 2 of our friends. The access to beautiful Sproat Lake cannot be beat - easy driving directions, close to amenities, quiet bay across from the Provincial Park, sandy beach with gradual walk-in to water or jump-in off the updated dock and climb out easily with a deep set of newer stairs and hand rail. Since our stay was in early July and summer weather had not fully started, we appreciated the hot tub for chilly mornings or evening soaks. The fire pit (wood provided) was also great in the evenings but be sure to check for a *campfire ban* that will likely start any day now. The home itself has been updated enough to make it clean, comfortable and functional... any more updates and we would probably be priced out of this awesome rental! The dishwasher helped us maximize our relaxation time and the washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Pretty much everything you need is provided, from tons of dishes, drinkware, bakeware, coffee maker (coffee, filters and sugar too), BBQ, to board games and beach chairs! The wifi worked great and we were able to answer some business emails and make some business calls without issue. There is a TV but I'm not sure if there is cable as we didn't turn it on - too busy playing outside! A couple things to note: This home is 3 levels with a bedroom/bathroom on each level and steep stairs between floors and down to the beach. The listing says not suitable for 0-2 year olds but we managed with our almost 1.5 year old and a visit from my less-than-fit 61 year old mom. However, definitely bring at least 2 gates for young children or be prepared to block dangerous areas with totes (even for 3-5 year olds I'd say). No beach towels or life jackets are provided at this time so bring those and noodles/floaties as well. Overall, an awesome spot that I'm glad we found. We are already talking about making it an annual event! Thank you so much for sharing your happy place with us. :)

Magical Lake Experience

What a weekend! So much to do in this area and Tammy's property is the perfect place to experience it! Just a quick drive or boat ride or even 10-15 minute walk from lakefront "Drinkwater" restaurant, this property is nestled in a calm lagoon on one of awesome Sproat Lake's arms. We were there to waterski (and boy! did we!!) but we paddle boarded a bunch, swimming off the fab dock, all the while enjoying the nature surrounding us. The house is comfy and casual - perfect for a lake getaway - and SO CLEAN - loved the hot tub too! Great views of the lake from our bedrooms and the spacious decks. The beach is large with both sand and grass, as well as a fire pit. Tammy has outfitted the place with all you will need for your stay and was a very accommodating hostess. I should also mention we did a day trip to Tofino on day one, a quick 1 1/2 drive from tammy's .. Loved it!
