Bloubergstrand, one of many beachside suburbs in Cape Town, is home to
this beautiful three-bedroom, self-catering apartment. Overlooking the
Seaside Village shopping centre in Big Bay, you will be within walking
distance from a variety of restaurants and convenience stores right on
your door step.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious, fully equipped
kitchen, catering for all your culinary needs with seating available
along the counter. The kitchen overlooks a traditional lounge area,
with high ceilings, cozy couches and a flat screen TV where you can
kick up your feet and enjoy your favourite programmes. Leading out from
the lounge is a sizeable balcony area with outdoor furniture, boasting
majestic views of the iconic Table Mountain and Atlantic Ocean.
This apartment features three inviting bedrooms. The stunning open plan
layout of the main bedroom, with a king size bed, flows seamlessly into
the bathroom which offers a large bath tub, shower, basin with vanity
and a private toilet area. In addition the main bedroom also has access
to the balcony. The other two rooms include queen and ¾ size beds and
make use of a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin with
vanity.
Secure parking, concierge services, fresh linen and towels as well as
internet access are all included in your stay.
Venture out and take advantage of the many attractions the area has to
offer, walk for miles on the long stretch of white sandy beaches, enjoy
delicious meals and drinks at popular restaurants at the well-known
Eden on the Bay centre, take a drive along the West Coast known for its
seafood cuisine, wildlife sanctuaries and quaint beaches and
shops/markets along the way. Table Bay Mall is just a few kilometres up
the road if you’re looking for more of a shopping experience. For
adventure lovers, Blouberg beaches are perfect for all the water sports
your heart desires, as well as nearby facilities for sports equipment
hire or lessons for a variety of water sports.
Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, there will be
something for everyone during your stay; you are guaranteed not to be

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at : 1 Cormorant Ave, Big Bay, Bloubergstrand, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
