Villetta Graziana - Salento Reservation is located in Mancaversa, just 300 meters from the sea, characterized by natural sandy coves interspersed with low cliffs, easily accessible, where bathing is widely practiced. The Marina of Mancaversa is a picturesque seaside village on the Ionian coast of Salento, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. Villetta Graziana is a fantastic property that can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. It consists of a large and spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, and a double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen equipped with a dining table and chairs, and everything needed to prepare meals. There is a climatized double bedroom, a climatized twin bedroom, and an additional single bed placed in the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms. The property also features a full bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, you’ll find a well-equipped area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor meals. The outdoor area also includes two convenient outdoor showers.
Nothing is left to chance inside Villetta Graziana ; everything is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a charcoal barbecue, fans, and free internal parking.
From the house, it’s easy to reach the sea (only 300 meters away) and the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (just a few minutes on foot or by bike). Any commercial establishment is very close to the house and can be reached on foot: bars, a newsstand, a bus stop, a gas station, typical restaurants, and more.
Nearby, there are other beautiful seaside locations, such as the renowned Baia Verde and the stunning Punta della Suina, both easily reachable by car. Additionally, the property is well-connected to other Salento destinations like Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, and Lecce, which offer numerous cultural and tourist attractions.
For nature lovers, the surrounding area offers several opportunities for hiking or cycling to explore the beautiful Salento countryside and its unique features, such as dry stone walls and centuries-old olive trees.
