Descripción de la unidad:

Camine hasta la playa de Waikiki, el centro comercial Ala Moana, el centro de convenciones, restaurantes, tiendas y muchas otras atracciones de Waikiki en esta unidad recientemente renovada con dos camas dobles, sofá cama / cama convertible y cocina completa.

La unidad cuenta con internet wifi, TV por cable, aire acondicionado de ventana, microondas, tostadora, secador de cabello, plancha, jabón, champú, acondicionador, toallas (baño y playa), café, té y agua embotellada. Sillas de playa y sombrillas disponibles bajo petición.

La vista incluye ciudad, canal, cordillera y destellos del océano.

El edificio ofrece una piscina, jacuzzi, terraza grande, parrillas para barbacoa, gimnasio (una tarifa única de $ 5 por uso de los huéspedes), servicio de lavandería con monedas, wifi en áreas comunes, bar y cafetería.

Estacionamiento cubierto adjunto disponible para huéspedes a una tarifa con descuento de $ 30 por 24 horas con privilegios de entrada y salida. Solo toman efectivo.

Was a great place in an older building.

Was nice location and easy to get around the island and tours. The place was older but clean and had everything you need to make a meal or reheat left overs. The pool was nice and the view was amazing in the morning. Elevator was slow but that seemed normal in Hawaii every where.

The beds were lumpy. The pillows were worn out. No extra blankets nor pillows. Kitchen utensils and accessories were outdated and did not look sanitized. No chairs available nor a small dining table. Have to buy toilet paper, paper towels. Garbage bags - no extra when we asked the security we were told that we have to contact the host. Very inconvenient. This is the worst experience we ever had with ABNB.

Waikiki Condo

The location was very convenient but I wouldn't describe it as "clean and renovated." It is in an older building and the interior of the unit is dated. I did not notice any remodeling.The parking is 50 (listing says 40) for 24 hours. Parking lot is connected to the building which is very convenient. Building security is very reassuring. There are cameras anywhere and staff at the front desk area to assist. The TV did not work. i tried using the remote with no luck. I reached out for assistance and someone was supposed to come by but I wasn't there and it didn't work for the duration of my stay.The Wi-Fi is not good at all. There were two options but only one of them worked. The connection was very unstable and I would get kicked off every few minutes. This was a major problem for me because I needed to work a bit but couldn't. Someone was supposed to come and check it out but not sure if they did and the connection did not get better.Communication with Shujie was excellent. I was also able to check in shortly before check in. I asked for late check out as well and it was granted which I really appreciate.Air conditioning was a lifesaver! Having a closet full of beach equipment and towels was also very helpful and nice to have. The listed has bottled water being included but it wasn't and there were stores close by that we could get it from.We did not use any of the building amenities (ie. pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc.).

fijne locatie

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie. Er zijn strandstoelen, bodyboards en een heel goede parasol aanwezig. In geval van problemen is de host zeer goed bereikbaar. Zij reageert direct en lost problemen adequaat op. Fijne badkamer en grote koelkast met vriezer. De keuken is wat klein en er zijn weinig pannen. de matrassen zijn wat scheef aflopend wat minder prettig ligt. Er prettig dat er ook tegen betaling parkeerplaatsen aanwezig zijn.

Cozy Place

We had a comfortable stay in this cozy condo. We enjoyed the view of the city from the window. The place is clean when we arrived, and equipped with what we need, we just buy food. The host/owner Shujie, is very responsive, giving us all the details and information we need, even provided a person for us to call if we need anything during our stay, who also made the condo ready for us soon so we can checked in early as requested. The condo is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. We only use our rental car to explore more places farther out. Thank you so much for your wonderful accommodation, that made our trip in Honolulu a memorable one. We appreciate it! May God bless you more :)

Everything need was provided, clean, perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance, loved coffee shop in lobby, and had coffee up by pool area. Tired feet later in day made for harder elevator waits, but elevators never over crowded.

Amazing view and relaxing stay

Very attentive owners who responded immediately when our TV disconnected from cable. We loved the gorgeous view from the 31st floor, and all the amenities, including a large fridge and beach gear. While we only enjoyed the pool once the laundry room was helpful. And everything was in walking distance. There was a sundry shop, a 7 eleven, another laundromat next to the 7 eleven, and even a post office only two blocks from our room. Plus it’s only a short walk to Waikiki beach and local shops. On the last day it was nice to watch the canoe paddlers on the Ala Wai as I washed my last load of laundry. Enjoyed it all!!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice location, not the cleanest

We were able to walk everywhere, which was really great. The room appeared clean on the outside but was in need of a deep clean, including the bed sheets. The building that the room is located in appears to be an old hotel and is fairly run down.

Easy access to Waikiki and Honolulu

The 31st floor efficiency apartment has a great view! Beds were comfy and although the space was small, there was plenty of room for four adults to be comfortable. (Who comes to HI to stay inside anyway?!?) We found overnight parking on the street each night within 2-3 blocks so didn’t have to pay any additional daily parking. Elevators were tricky until someone explained. Pool and hot tub looked inviting but we never had time we were so busy enjoying Oahu.

This property suited our needs just fine. It’s definitely one of the cheaper properties to stay at in Honolulu. Locations perfect as walking distance to the beach and Main Street Waikiki. Things we weren’t totally happy about was our key cards quit working daily, we had to get them activated 5-10 times by security during our 6 day stay. Laundry quit working so I had to take 2 loads of wet washed laundry to the laundry mat next door to finish. The building is older and the halls could use some TLC. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s nothing fancy but works just fine. If you stay there breakfast and coffee at Malekos is a must.

Just as promised

Clean and recently renovated is a perfect description. I have no complaints- everything was as promised and Shujie was a hospitable and responsive host. The location is great- restaurants, shops, the beach, shuttle rentals, and the bus were all within walking distance. The travel agency on site seemed a bit like a timeshare trap, but one agent told us to walk over to Expedia in another hotel and book everything through them. There is a small take away restaurant next to the sundry store in the hotel- dont not write this off. We ordered burgers which my son liked them so much we had to get them again on the last night. Shujjie provides linens, towels, beach towels, even a beach bag- everything you need to fun in the sun. The tv only had a few channels, but that may be more a problem with user error then the service provided. Having a laundry in the building is really convenient and both the pool and hot tub were very clean. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this rental.

Great little place!

Wonderful little condo with kitchen enough to cook in and comfortable. Nice bathroom too. This is a pretty convenient location despite the parking being a little difficult at times. Once we got the hang of things, it wasnt too bad. It is on the canal, so theres some one-way streets but it's not too hard to circle the block. Pretty convenient spot to the beach too, just a short walk over to the Hilton and Hale Koa beach access between the buildings down to waikiki. We hit the beach several times just walking down the street that way. ABC stores in very close proximity in case you forget anything. There is shampoo and conditioner in the condo, thank you for that! Sometimes the elevators did not work, but other than that we had an easy time and there is a pool there too. All in all it's a really nice little place for the price and we really enjoyed it!

Shujie's place was just what we needed. Reasonably priced. Clean. Easy to get into and out of. spacious enough for our family of four. In walking distance of key places like the mall and the beach. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean. We had a great time and felt very comfortable

This property is at the entrance of Waikiki and represents a gateway to the rest of Honolulu. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is bike, scooter and car rental nearby. We bought this place so we could spend time in Waikiki with all the visitors that come to our beautiful island.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is budget friendly with the feel of higher end hotel rooms. View is magnificent with canal, city and mountain range view and peek of the ocean and waves between the buildings. Nighttime view is the best as the city lights up immensely.
