Estudio recientemente renovado, limpio y espacioso en Waikiki. La unidad se encuentra en el piso 38 del edificio Hawaiian Monarch Hotel / Condo y cuenta con cama queen, cocina completa, baño completo y espectaculares vistas del océano, el canal, la cabeza de diamante y la cordillera.

Camine hasta la playa de Waikiki, la franja de Waikiki, el centro de convenciones, restaurantes, tiendas y muchas otras atracciones de Waikiki en esta unidad recientemente renovada, limpia y espaciosa.

El edificio ofrece una piscina, jacuzzi, terraza grande, parrillas para barbacoa, gimnasio (una tarifa única de $ 5 por uso de los huéspedes), servicio de lavandería con monedas, wifi en áreas comunes, bar y cafetería.

Estacionamiento cubierto adjunto disponible para huéspedes a una tarifa con descuento de $ 30 por 24 horas con privilegios de entrada y salida. Solo toman efectivo.

Very good, basic accommodation. Great view of the city, and within walking distance of the beach. Two comments about the hotel: 1) the day front desk woman is unfriendly, brusk, unhelpful, and has poor communication skills. 2) great food and service at The Creme Pot, but apparently they are pioneering a new way of squeezing money from clients - a mandatory 20 percent service charge! We thought at first that it referred to a tip, and now tips for them are mandatory, so we didn't leave a tip for the server. Looking at the receipt later, we discovered otherwise. Will never eat there again because management is dishonest with their pricing.

Good location, fantastic view

Communication with the owner was always good, friendly and quick.The location was perfect for our vacation; you're right in Waikiki, close to the popular spots. What we liked best was the view. You can see the sun rising early in the morning and have a wonderful panoramic view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

Waikiki vacation

Space is small and building old, but priced accordingly. Elevators are a problem and since unit is on 38th floor, wait times are high. Place is convenient to shopping, beach and restaurants. TV sound system is annoying. Place is clean and directions good.

Perfect Waikiki Stay for 2

My significant other and I chose this place for our long weekend in Waikiki and found it to be the perfect base for our vacation activities! Check in - this process was simple and convenient. My SO got there first and was able to retrieve the key from the designated place with no issue at all. The place- the property is as-described. It was just the right size for the two of us and it had all the things we needed. Coffee, a bit of bottled water, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, dishes, silverware, etc... The location - if you plan to stay in Waikiki, you can walk everywhere you want to go. The place isn't centrally located in Waikiki, but almost everything we wanted to go to was less than a mile away. We also took the #2 bus from the main road all the way to the community college and hiked Diamond Head from there. At $2.75/person, it was better than Uber or Lyft. I can't forget to mention the view! You can see the canal, Diamond Head, and the ocean from this southeast-facing property! The minor issues - although there were a couple minor things, this is a five-star review. Neither of these two issues are remotely close to large enough to remove a star. First - the shower is a bit cramped. I'm told that they are going to move the location of the soap/shampoo dispensers, which would help this tremendously. Second - the elevators in the building were a bit frustrating at times. One (of three) was temporarily out of service for part of our stay and we had two experiences where our elevator had not gone down to our destination floor before it went back upwards again. Inconvenient, to be sure, but ultimately not a huge deal. Summary - This is a perfect property in Waikiki for two people who don't want to spend all day in their room. It was a great base of operations for us and we had a great time walking around Waikiki and seeing the sites. For the price, it is hard to beat!

Great Location in Waikiki

Shujie and Ice were wonderful to work with and gave very detailed instructions which made arriving a breeze. We had a morning flight and Shujie made sure the condo was ready for our early check-in. The location was great and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki. The shower was small (my husband and I are both pretty tall) but the place was well kept and exactly what we needed.

Perfect stay and what a view!!

Super accommodations with such a nice view. Room had everything we needed. Nice plush bath towels, beach towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. We didn’t have to bring anything from home. Nice touch providing Hawaiian chocolate, bottled water and Hawaiian coffee and tea upon arrival. Made us feel like VIP guests. Also, very convenient location as we could walk to most of the Waikiki attractions. Building had nice places to eat when we were too lazy to go out or cook in the room. We will definitely be back.

Clean, spacious and great location

This condo was very clean and spacious and just perfect for my wife and I during our trip to Waikiki. Had everything we could ask for. Fantastic ocean and diamond head views, nice kitchen with plates and utensils and plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. The room was mostly new with high quality furnishings from the granite counter-tops to easy gliding sun block curtains to large smart TV. We easily walked to the beach and other places in Waikiki. Host was very pleasant to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Highly recommended!!

Very Nice Place -

Really happy with Shujie's condo during our stay. Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and fantastic view from the high floor. Room is quite spacious with a nice kitchen area. Very convenient location as we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was such a breeze - we arrived, got our keys from the lock box and was in our room within a few minutes. Highly recommended!!

Great Place!!

This condo checked all our boxes. Super clean, wonderful amenities, centralized location - within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Also - what an absolutely awesome view - it is much better in person than the pictures. Having a full kitchen/oven was so convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze. We are already planning another trip here and will definitely try to book this condo again.

This property is at the entrance of Waikiki and represents a gateway to the rest of Honolulu. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is bike, scooter and car rental nearby. We bought this place so we could spend time in Waikiki with all the visitors that come to our beautiful island.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is budget friendly with the feel of higher end hotel rooms. View is magnificent with ocean, canal, city and mountain range views.

My wife and I handle all the operations with the rental. I manage the booking through VRBO and other sites and my wife does the cleaning and prepping of the room to ensure everything is done to our standards and our guests receive the best value possible.
