Bathroom smells disgusting, the lights can’t be on permanently for more than 5 min straight, kind of ridiculous. The bed duvet inside it has lots of yellow stains … So we are really disappointed… And on top of that the room size is not even for one person.

The place was not at all as pictured. I knew it wasn’t going to be amazing given how late we booked, but it was clear that this was not a place people normally stayed in — for good reason. Most of the pictured furniture wasn’t there for starters. The kitchen was fine except for the lack of basic items like dish towels, oven mitts, and spatula. The pull out bed was fine too, but the pillows were old and gross, and the chairs at the table were made of crumbling faux leather that we never wanted to sit on. The washer leaked all over the floor so I had to put a bowl under it. The shower did the same thing, which explains why the entire bathroom was covered — I repeat, COVERED — in mold and mildew. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we took a shower. Truly upsetting. I vomitted at one point because the smell was so pervasive despite running the bathroom fan 24/7. The WiFi box also didn’t work. I will say that the management company did provide a replacement box, but it was practically useless. We couldn’t stream anything and it kicked us off the network repeatedly. I had to use my international roaming the entire time we stayed there. Overall, deeply disappointed and unimpressed. The only benefit was the location and ease of access to the building. Definitely would not recommend this spot or company; I hope they can improve this site because it is certainly not safe or pleasant for people to stay in.

Appartement agréable et bien situé.Toutefois, plusieurs points ont posé problème durant le séjour. La réservation a été effectuée via Abritel, mais la gestion sur place dépendait en réalité d’une agence externe (Belvilla / Checkmyguest), ce qui a rendu la compréhension des responsabilités et la gestion des réclamations compliquées.À l’arrivée, à 20 h, plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constatés :• La box ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui empêchait l’accès au wifi et à la télévision.• Le store occultant était hors service, rendant la chambre lumineuse la nuit et le matin.• Une forte odeur d’égout persistait dans la salle de bain.• La porte de la douche fermait mal, entraînant des fuites d’eau sur le parquet.• Le réfrigérateur était difficilement utilisable en raison d’une porte de compartiment congélateur cassée.Les signalements ont été effectués, mais les solutions n'ont pas été apportées durant notre séjour.Une demande de remboursement est en cours auprès d’Abritel, Belvilla et Checkmyguest, l’identification du bon interlocuteur n’étant pas claire.

Charmante und gut gelegene Wohnung. Aber damit enden die positiven Aspekte. Vorsicht! Wir haben über Abritel gebucht, aber es handelt sich tatsächlich nicht um Abritel, sondern um ein externes Reisebüro wie Belvilla oder Checkmyguest. Folglich ist Abritel nicht für Streitigkeiten oder Beschwerden zuständig: toll. Bei unserer Ankunft um 20 Uhr: Der Internet-Router war kaputt, also kein WLAN, kein Fernsehen (mir wurde gesagt, der Vermieter wisse das bereits, aber...). Die Verdunkelungsrollos waren kaputt, sodass es nachts und morgens hell war. Ein widerlicher Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer, zum Kotzen: lecker! Die Duschkabinentür schließt nicht richtig, sodass das Parkett überschwemmt wird: glucker! Und schließlich ist der Kühlschrank unbrauchbar, weil die Tür des Gefrierfachs kaputt und offen ist. Komplizierte Beschwerden bisher ohne Erfolg: kurz gesagt, Straflosigkeit. Rückerstattungsanträge bei Abritel, Belvilla und Checkmyguest sind in Bearbeitung… Ehrlich gesagt, ich weiß nicht, wer mir diesen Aufenthalt tatsächlich verkauft hat und wer die Verantwortung für den Fehler trägt…

Was für ein hübsches kleines Refugium! Dank der elektrischen Kochplatten und des Toasters konnte ich schnell Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Auch die bereitgestellten Weingläser gefielen mir sehr – perfekt für ein wenig Entspannung am Abend. Insgesamt ein charmanter Ort in Paris.

Ich fand die verbesserten Reinigungsstandards in diesem Studio sehr gut. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge waren ein Pluspunkt und ermöglichten mir einen ungestörten Schlaf. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für einen Städtetrip.
