Photos are accurate in the listing and overall great stay. Beds are comfortable and quite clean. Location is absolutely perfect. Host Responsiveness is very quick. The key pick up location is a 10 minute walk so pick up the keys before you arrive at the property. No laundry detergent nor shampoo is provided.

The location of the apartment couldn't be better situated in the city. The responsiveness from the host was outstanding, likely the best communication I've ever received staying at a VRBO. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was exactly as it was pictured and was located perfectly for us explore Paris on foot, by bus or by metro. It was walking distance to the Eiffel Tour and the street that it was on had bakeries, cafes, small grocers, pharmacies and shops. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We were not able to get the WiFi to work, but it didn’t impact us, as we left early each day and returned back late in the evening and had good cell coverage throughout Paris. We were so busy enjoying and exploring Paris that we forgot to mention it to the hosts. The listing states that because the apartment is in the city, some level of noise is to be expected but the noise was no problem at all. It was located in a “passage” (alley) used by pedestrians and the occasional motor bike, but was relatively quiet and we slept well each night. There were beautiful large windows that we were able to open for fresh, cool air at night and fans were available to use as well. The only suggestion that we would make for the hosts is to add hooks or some way to hang coats and bags in the main living area. We found that we used the dining table and chairs to hold our jackets and bags. Similarly, in the bathroom, towel bars or hooks to dry towels after showering and washing hands would be helpful. We would definitely return! We had a lovely week in Paris with a clean, comfortable home base to return to each evening.

They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team

Loved the place

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of everything, yet still quiet at night. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in and communication effortless. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This so called, "Charming" Apartment without any pictures on the white walls ,with one very small fan, no AC with terrible directions to find and several addresses(one being 88 not 89 Rue Saint Dominique) with the neighbors confronting us saying we should never stay in this apartment; did Not live up to my expectations. To have to go 6 blocks away to retrieve the key and then go find the room was a hassle upon arrival; and then to have to return the key as we left to the cafe' is poor customer service. This was a very disappointing experience.

I could not understand how you give only ONE set of keys for three people staying in the apartment, is the first thing.Secondly, the WiFi was terrible. I called to notify you and it was to no avail. We had to hold our phones out the window to get somewhat service.Also, the range was not working. At this point, we were so frustrated we said why bother to call. To top it off, I was talking to someone else in the building and was told there is a Lawsuit against you.I will not be using Vrbo again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any property. Check in process is a pain because you need to go to a cafe that is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment first to retrieve your key from a key cafe by using the code they provide. You will also need to do this upon checking out. The apartment was dirty upon arrival with dishes in the sink and trash bags of dirty laundry in the closet. There was also no toiletries provided not even toilet paper. They also did not have any WiFi and kept saying they would get it fixed but even after 3 visits by them to the apartment we still did not have WiFi the entire stay. The person who came to try and fix the WiFi let us know it’s because the people who own the apartment do not want to pay for the WiFi in the building so they try to get away with using a tiny box with a cell phone SIM card which does not work for providing WiFi. The appliances like washer/dryer also did not work. The windows were broken and each time we tried to open them they would fall towards us into the apartment we would have to grab them and push them back in. Seems like a huge safety issue. They have not offered any refund or compensation for our stay. I will update review if they decide to make right on the horrible experience.

Correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’hôte est ultra accueillant et très réactif par courriel. Jeune famille avec 2 enfants, suffisamment d’espace pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Très bel immeuble. Seul point négatif, 2 rouleaux de papier Q pour 4 jours pour une famille de 4, il me semble qu’en vacances on a autre chose à faire que de magasiner pour du papier Q. 😂 C’est pas tant pour le prix, mais j’aurais certainement payé 4-5€ de plus par nuit pour l’hébergement pour que l’hôte en fournisse à volonté!

Dans l ensemble appartement propre. Seul petit bémol la housse matelas du lit était tachée. Appartement tres bien situé et équipé. Super quartier et toute commodités à proximité même tard en soirée.
