Vintage Villa has a private swimming pool, a great location on a secure compound, a partial sea view from the roof terrace and private hot tub. This impressive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is 10 minutes drive from the centre of Yalikavak which has a choice of beaches, shops and restaurants aswell as the süper Luxury Palmarima. The villa includes WiFi and air conditioning.

The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a beautifully tiled terrace with plenty of space to relax. Smart outdoor furniture is neatly arranged in the open and shaded areas and a builtin BBQ is ideally placed close to the kitchen to enjoy those alfresco meals.

On the ground floor is a flexible guest room if needed, perhaps for those with limited/restricted mobility with a double pull out full mattress settee-bed, along with your own adjacent en suite shower room. However if preferred, this room is multi - use so can also easily be used either, as a more private closed sitting or play room.
On the first floor is double ensuite bedroom with juiliet balcony over looking the gardens and 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate bathroom.

The bright and airy living space is completely open plan with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV HD 4K TV with IPTV (own live English streamed UK, & international multi language & European tv channels), and broadband Wi F, a dining table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchen at one end. Patio doors open onto the BBQ terrace and pool area.

On the roof top terrace there is an internal 'Tequila Sunset'- "Mocktail" bar with intergrated drinks and ice cooler fridge, filtered water tap sink and microwave which is ideal for serving soft beverages, light snacks, or evening/night drinks. From this lounge area, you are led out onto your very own daytime sunbathing deck area which becomes a magically lit roof terrace in the evenings.

Finally, there's also a roof top cool jacuzzi spa hot tub (seats up to 4), with blue tooth hi tech music speakers and mood lighting for the ultimate relaxing spa experience.

The compound has the bonus of many additional communal site facilities. Ideal for large families, groups of friends or ultimately a luxurious special occasion romantic 'couples' getaway'. There are a further 7 larger shared swimming pools on site, including an indoor pool, gym & sauna. There's also sports & fun facilities such as tennis & basket ball court, a kids play area, aqua slides/pools, table tennis, giant chess, large sundeck terrace, as well as a bistro restaurant and bar (open according to season).

Yalikavak's town centre has retained its traditional Turkish charm. With its simple but stylish laid back atmosphere and friendly welcoming locals, this is its main attraction and the reason why holidaymakers return to the area year after year. Along the coast road en-route from the villa to Yalikavak you will pass some of the best fish restaurants on the Bodrum Peninsula huddled together in their own 'fish restaurant village' area. A couple of minutes further on takes you to Yalikavak's fashionable new Marina with super yachts, gullets and sail boats visiting from all around the world. The Marina is home to super yachts, smart shops, bars, restaurants and a beach club which hosts open air concerts during high summer.
