Villa "Aylinda"<br><br>Villa "Aylinda" is located in the "St. Tropez of Turkey" in beautiful Bodrum.<br>Bodrum is located on the Turkish Aegean coast and is the undisputed tourist hub of “high society” par excellence. Bodrum is situated on the Turkish mainland in the Aegean Sea, near the Greek island of Kos.<br>The villa features a breathtaking ocean view and its own heated pool. The beach is a 400-meter walk away.<br>The luxurious villa is located in the Gümüslük neighborhood.<br>The accommodation<br>The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, and a guest restroom, a living room with a large smart TV, and an open-concept kitchen with an adjoining dining room. There are 3 large bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a private sun terrace with a seating area, a walk-in closet, a smart TV, and a bathroom with direct access.<br>Outside, you’ll find the private pool with an outdoor kitchen (gas grill, hot plates, refrigerator, and ice maker) and a pavilion with an electrically operated awning and a large dining table that seats 8. A large umbrella and charcoal grill are also available.<br>The terrace, featuring a seating area and an electrically operated awning, is perfect for relaxing.<br>An outdoor shower and a small garden with olive, lemon, and mandarin trees are also located in the outdoor area.<br>Four comfortable sun loungers invite you to unwind.<br>The 4x8-meter (1.4 m deep) infinity pool leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is breathtaking. From November through April, the pool can be heated to 25–27 degrees for a fee.<br>Guest access:<br>You can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the villa. The driveway to the villa is secured by an electric gate and monitored by video surveillance.<br>There are 2 parking spaces available. Additionally, there are two more parking spaces in a garage located on the property.<br>Further important information<br>There is a tennis court and a basketball court on the property that guests may use.
