1. Road Conditions: Tulum’s charm lies in its natural beauty, but please note that many streets here are unpaved, bumpy, and still under development. We recommend driving slowly and consider using a vehicle with good ground clearance or opting for bikes to navigate the area.
2. Jungle Living: Tulum is located in the heart of the jungle, which adds to its unique vibe and setting. However, power outages can occasionally occur due to ongoing development in the region. When this happens, electricity, water supply, and internet access may be temporarily impacted.
Tulum is still under development and services can be unsteady.
3. Construction Activity: Tulum is growing rapidly, and construction is happening in many areas. While we do everything we can to minimize disruptions, construction noise is common.
