Bienvenido a Casa Soleada, nuestra casa privada en la hermosa bahía de Tankah. Nuestra villa es una gran casa de varios niveles de 4 dormitorios y 4 1/2 baños con más de 4000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable diseñada para la comodidad y la relajación. Disfruta de vistas panorámicas del océano desde todas las salas de estar y patios al aire libre.

Cada una de las 4 habitaciones grandes está amueblada con una lujosa cama king-size, baño privado, amplio armario, aire acondicionado y un balcón con vista al océano. Además, 2 de las habitaciones también tienen literas. Hay un cuidador en el lugar y el servicio de limpieza diario y servicio de cocina para el desayuno y la cena se proporcionan 6 días a la semana.

La villa tiene una cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera rica y utensilios culinarios. Great property!

Wonderful properly and people, we had a great time! The pool is perfect for younger children and the beach front is clean and fun. The kayaks and other water toys were nice as well.

Frank the owner was extremely helpful kind and patient. He got back to me immediately abt any questions or concerns. Yobany the manager & his wife Edith were very nice and helpful. The house is right on the bay. It’s a gorgeous view- we got some beautiful pictures. Unfortunately we went during sargassum season & the whole Caribbean was suffering but we went in some awesome cenotes which were very much enjoyed. All in all a great vacation. Bring bug spray tho the mosquitoes are relentless if your prone to getting bit.

Exceptional stay

We had a family reunion for a milestone birthday at Casa Soleada. We had a very memorable stay. The property itself is exceptional with beach access steps away from the villa. We utilized the chef services for some meals and it was wonderful. We rented several cars for our group since the property is several miles from attractions. The caretaker/cook couple were great to work with and they took very good care of us. Highly recommend this property!

Great for a group

We stayed here for a cousins trip and it was fantastic! The house had everything we needed and wanted. It was a great place to spend our time when we weren’t exploring the local nature. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful Vacation

This is the second visit to Tankah Shores, the first being 10 years ago in the next-door three bedroom. Both houses are wonderful, right on the beach and so clean. Yobanny and Edith and family are wonderful hosts, so attentive to any needs we might have had. We used Edith's cooking services and she did not disappoint - the food was fabulous. Highly recommend skipping the pricey restaurants down the street and just go with Edith! If you have a chance to stay at either Tankah Shores properties, run don't walk!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Soleada. We were two families (10 people total). We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the service and meals were AMAZING! Highly recommend this rental property.

Wonderful house to unplug and relax!

We enjoyed a week at Casa Soleada with our family, including two young children. The house is comfortable and the property is beautiful. The private beach and pool are breathtaking and can't be beat. The location is extremely remote and we did not venture out much because of that -- and because of the beauty of the property. The staff was wonderful and kept us full and happy with their cooking and company. Would recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating "off the grid" trip!

Great location, beautiful house!

We loved our time at Casa Soleada. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the house was spacious and comfortable. Frank was great to communicate with and Yobany and Edith were the icing on the cake. They were so helpful and friendly and the food they made was delicious!

Beautiful home on the ocean

We had a most fantastic rejuvenation here! We felt so nurtured and cared for. The food prepared for us was amazing and made with love. Any questions I had during the booking process were quickly responded to. It’s even more lovely than the pictures… and right on the beach. We walked the beach daily, swam, snorkeled, paddle boarded, did yoga, danced in the rain and had a blast! We will definitely be returning.

Birthday Trip

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was so beautiful. Yobany and Edith were wonderful. Definitely recommend using Edith to cook meals. She even made us lunch with some fish that we caught. Her ceviche was so good. Highly recommend. Perfect house for 4 couples. Very clean and well taken care of.

Amazing stay & Wedding

We really loved our stay at the house. Yobany and Edith was the most accommodating hosts imaginable. We loved Ediths cooking every day, and Yobany was always there to help, and special thanks to him and all his family for setup up and arranging our amazing beach wedding in front of the house. It felt so personal and we couldnt have asked for a better stay. We are so blessed and grateful for everything. Thank you!

Summer Vacation

Excellent vacation with great service from Yobayni and Edith. The beach is great with nice kayaks available to use. Plenty of room in the house with on suite in each bedroom. I highly recommend getting the meal service which actually ends up being much cheaper than the hotel restaurants nearby.

The house is great. Every room has a private bathroom and all of the rooms were a good size. The caretakers are very kind and friendly. They pop by daily to see if you need any cleaning done. We had them cook us one dinner which was fantastic and they also did a few loads of laundry for us. The road to get to the house is long and unpaved. We got used to this after the first day but it does take a bit to get to the main road. Our only complaint is that we came during the seaweed season. The beach was pretty much unusable. This obviously is not the owners fault but when you spend so much money on a beachfront house it is really disappointing. The caretakers worked really hard to create us a path to the ocean for kayaking etc. There was also a more usable area a house down. Instead though we took advantage of Xcaret and the Gran Cenote in Tulum. I highly recommend both.

Could not have been better.

I’m hesitant to give such a glowing review, because I want to make sure I can come back in the future and I’m afraid it will always be booked. Nice out-of-the-way location, superb staff, they felt like family to us. All in all one of the best trips we could give my mother, as many of the children and your grandchildren enjoy the accommodations.

Pictures Don't Do Justice

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The location (right on the beach), the amenities (kayaks/paddle boards/life jackets/etc.), and especially the staff (Yobany and Edith) who are the nicest people AND amazing chefs....make this place A+++. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable, the kitchen is comprehensive, there are so many fun things for adults/kids to do. Thank you for an amazing time!! Our family will cherish this vacation for years to come.

Great Spot!! In the middle of everything.

Short drive to Tulum and Akumal. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the house. Had 7 adults on staying at the property. Great choice. Lots to do. Staff was great. Would return.

Amazing house and service

We had an amazing 6 night stay at Casa Soleada. Upon arrival we were greeted by Yobany and Edith with a fresh cooked meal waiting for us. The house was in immaculate shape and even better in person than pictures. The service we had throughout our entire stay was nothing short of amazing. Continual cleaning, property maintenance and cooking. We walked the beach in both directions and determined this is the nicest and best kept single family home in the cove. The only thing worth mentioning as a caution is that there is a small commercial diving operation that operates off the property’s beach front with the boat also moored off the property. Would 100% stay again!
