Lovely Family Villa with views out to the sea.
A comfortable villa just a few steps from the pool, three beds and two bathrooms plus a kitchen with fridge-freezer, new cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The large master bedroom has its own comfortable ensuite with flat screen TV with a full channel package. The other two bedrooms share the newly refurbished second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Also on the same floor is the utility with washer and tumble drier
The lounge has another full channel TV and if you are out of season, a wood burning fire which makes it cosy. All bedrooms and the lounge have reverse cycle air- conditioning. Outside there is a barbeque and large front terrace with views to the sea and a smaller shady rear terrace overlooking the pool. There is a sun deck on the top floor.
Within 5 minutes drive there are at least fifteen bars and restaurants, even so booking is advised in high season! The vill is close to the rackets centre and tennis club, supermarket, banke etc

We bought the Villa in 2002 and it's our (sadly now my) home away from home. We tried to ensure it has all you would need for a restful and luxurious stay. We were the second owners and whilst the first owner spent probably €50 on fixtures and fittings, we have refitted the bathrooms, kitchen and got new lounge furniture, fitted a wood burner for winter and wifi and flatscreen TVR with a wide range of channels

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The views are fantastic, it's so close to the pool, It always gets a breeze in summer so you don't really need the air con in the lounge and in the winter it's cosy. The rooms are larger than similar developments - El Rancho, Los Molinos etc so it feels like a proper home and not a holiday home. It's close to all the nightlife, but not affected by noise because the sound insulation is great. So are the sunsets!
