This lovely modern south facing ground floor apartment is in the popular residential Albatros complex in Los Alcázares, overlooking the street and a little park. There are two swimming pools in landscaped gardens. It's amazing location puts it central and less than 10 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants making it perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with newly refurbished bathroom and separate cloakroom. There is a main living room / dining room with separate kitchen and terraces to the front and back of the property. The apartment has full wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans making it perfect for your holidays.

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas
Terraces to front and back provide sun or shade throughout the day.
Swimming pools are available 8am till 10pm with sunbathing areas, bench seating and lovely landscaped gardens. 2 sun loungers and 2 sunbeds are supplied to take to the pool, please bring them back to the apartment each time.
Living space
The apartment has an open plan living room / dining room with a comfortable L shaped sofa, air conditioning and ceiling fans. English and Spanish TV and WiFi are also included.
There is a seperate kitchen with cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine is outside in the rear covered utility area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom and small cloakroom have been newly refurbished. The main bathroom has a corner shower.
