Apartamento en planta baja en el galardonado complejo Playa 3 en Pueblo Patricia, Los Alcázares. El apartamento está a solo unos minutos a pie de todos los servicios locales, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, incluidas las playas del Mar Menor. El apartamento también es ideal para vacaciones de golf con muchos campos cerca. Las playas son todas galardonadas con la bandera azul y son excelentes para niños y adultos por igual. El apartamento tiene un ambiente tradicional y ha sido terminado con un alto nivel con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Cuenta con una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, comedor y sala de estar, que incluye aire acondicionado. La puerta de la cocina conduce al patio de sol orientado al sur que incluye un toldo electrónico muy necesario, excelente para comer al aire libre con fácil acceso al área de la piscina que incluye una piscina para niños. ¡La terraza tiene una puerta que bloquea la seguridad de los niños, que pueden querer escapar a la piscina!

Sensacional apartamento

El alojamiento es perfecto, tiene todas las comodidades de tu casa, dispone de tumbonas en el patio y una mesa con sillas para poder comer o cenar. Las sillas para la playa fueron de mucha utilidad ya q permite llevar menos equipaje. La piscina y la urbanización están fenomenal y muy tranquila. La dueña estuvo en todo momento atenta a cualquier problema, duda o comentario, (eso q estaba en Reino Unido). Todo fenomenal!!!

Quality Getaway

Situated in a small beautifully designed complex close to all amenities. Very well stocked for virtually every need. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all requirements. Couldn't ask for much better. Highly recommend Playa 111.

Perfect property with everything and more ! !

We stayed here and it was our 3rd time on the Playa 3 complex . Donna was so helpful from start to finish and everything ran smoothly . We found absolutely everything we needed here . The apartment is well stocked with everything from sky tv to towel pegs for the beach . I think everyone who has stayed has left a little something which was so useful . We ran out of lotion at the end of the holiday but the bathroom cabinet provided !! We love it here and would have booked for next year but it’s already booked very popular and for good reason !!! Wonderful apartment , wonderful host and wonderful holiday !!! THANK YOU !! P.S the Spanish guitar was a wonderful extra and my hubby used it to write two songs !!

Gorgeous Apartment

Gorgeous apartment located in Playa 111. It has everything you could possibly need. The apartment is minutes away from all shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is spotless. Stayed in Playa 111 for over 10 years+ and it’s the best we’ve stayed in. Donna has been a great host, prior to the holiday, everything was in order and there was lots of communication. Everything was perfect, thank you Donna for letting us stay in your apartment.

There is everything you require for a fantastic holiday if you like to eat at apartment you could cook anything everything available real home from home.complex great lovely people and restaurants , supermarkets beach all within 10 min walk will recommend if I do not return only reason will be because I living in the area. 5** Exceeded all expectations

This was our first experience of an independent holiday always having been on All Inclusive package holidays so was a little nervous and wondered whether having to go shopping and dine out (with our slightly fussy kids) was going to be problematic. Well, we had the time of our lives!! it was the best holiday abroad we have ever had!!! The accommodation had everything you could possibly need to make it a home from home and was well equipped. The pool and surrounding gardens were immaculate and well looked after and provided many hours of happy times for us. It was so brilliant to be able to take a chair or sunbed to the pool and not have to deal with usual stupidity of people putting towels on beds etc etc. Free wifi was a bonus and the kids in particular appreciated this. Also the Air con throughout the property was new and efficient and was great on the hot days. Having the supermarket and the plentiful supply of restaurants within very short walking distance was brilliant. All the restaurants we went to were more than happy to adapt the menu so it was just as you wanted your meal and there was such a wide range of choice I'd defy even the most fussy eaters not to find something that they'd like. Finally, I'd like to say a massive thank you to Donna for her excellent communication and helpfulness from the initial enquiry through to the end of our stay and for the use of such a wonderful holiday home. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon.

The best so far

For us this was the third winter in this region of Spain and the appartment was the best so far. Very good location, nice, warm and clean. Some tragic noise in the other bedroom but otherwise very peaceful. Donna was very helpful and all the arrangements were excellent. Thank you Donna and Stephen for letting use your home a while. Well equipped spacious apartment

I rented this apartment for my son and his family to stay in whilst out visiting us. It was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and they were very happy staying here. It is also in an ideal position for shops,restaurants and the beach.

Fantastic holiday in a lovely aoartment

We had a great holiday very relaxing. The apartment was fantastic everything you need and more very clean and a great position. Loved sitting on the terrace/garden really sunny. Pool was lovely. Donna was so helpful and quick to reply will defiantly be back next year .

Fantastic!!

From the booking right through to after the holiday, the attention to detail from the owners was outstanding. A short taxi ride from the Airport, the apartment is spacious, clean and inviting. We stayed as a family of four and there was always space for us all individually. Without doubt, everything is there for your stay within the apartment. A short walk to the local shops, bars and the beach. The communal pool is clean and was never too busy to get into. The patio is a wonderful spot for early morning, lunch and evenings. I could go on with the superlatives, in sum its just a fantastic place, well thought out by the owners and as previously mentioned the care provided by the owners from start to finish was outstanding. So what's not to like, try it and reap the benefits!! Thank you Donna and Steve!

Beautiful apartment - a real home from home

We have stayed at Playa 3 on a few occasions and have always looked at this lovely apartment and said how nice it looked, we were not disappointed! The apartment was great, really clean and well set out with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The complex itself is well looked after and peaceful, all the guests staying were friendly. The pool is a very relaxing spot and we really loved sitting on the apartments outside terrace to eat and have a few sneaky drinks! The resort of Los Alcázares is also amazing. The communication from the owners was really good, always replying to any questions very quickly. We had a fantastic stay and will most certainly be booking this apartment again. Thank you! This appartment is amazing!

The appartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing break! It is close to really decent bars and some great restaurants. The complex has 2 pools and is very quiet for those who want some peace. Donna and Steve are excellent owners, who gave us all the information we needed to settle right in. Great place, lovely people...thank you!!

Happy Times

The accommodation was absolutely superb and you could tell it is used by the owners as there was nothing at all missing to make your stay think " they should have had this or that " We four would stay there again and not even think there may be somewhere better to go. Playa 111 and the area are great to chill out and relax before going out to a great selection of markets and places to eat. Alfie Satch and the other oldens.

Lovely home in a great location

The apartment complex is lovely, the apartment was clean and tidy. Stayed here on and off for two months and enjoyed all the local facilities available in the area albeit many shops were closed during this time. Three supermarkets were within a few minutes walk. The back garden terrace was a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the winter sun. The only downside for us was the street noise which was fairly constant especially in the front bedroom. Generally we had a nice relaxing holiday and the owners were helpful and easily contactable if needed. Thank you!

Prior to being lucky enough to own this apartment we spent 5 years renting it, spending our family summer holidays in Los Alcazares. We feel this apartment is in the best location on Playa 3 with both front and rear entrances and terraces. Los Alcazares is typically Spanish and feels safe. The people are extremely friendly and you cannot help but relax in the laid back atmosphere. We love the fact you can be in your apartment within 30 minutes of landing.

The apartment is in the perfect location on playa 3 and for all amenities airport, beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and golf.We love the fact you don't need a car,it's a pleasure to walk to the shops. The pool area is only steps away from the terrace.The beach bars are a great place to watch the world go by.
