Posiblemente la mejor localización en el centro de Madrid (calle Cava Baja) en pleno barrio de la Latina y en el conocido como Madrid de los Austrias. Sin duda, una de las calles con más historia y mejor ubicadas de la capital. ¡Gran variedad de restaurantes y bares te esperan para tapear!



Este amplio apartamento tipo estudio (tercera planta con ascensor) se encuentra en un edificio histórico de mas de 300 años, recién reconstruido. Está ubicado a tan solo 250 m del Mercado de San Miguel, a 300 m de la Plaza mayor y a 750 m del Palacio Real y la Puerta del Sol.



Ideal para parejas, amigos o familias con niños.



Se inauguró en Marzo 2024.



El apartamento está totalmente equipado para hacer tu estancia lo más confortable posible. Además disponen de energía renovable AEROTERMIA y son muy silenciosos a pesar de estar en pleno centro histórico.

The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.

It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!

An excellent experience - comfortable, well located, historic

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in a newly refurbished building, close to tourist sites but not in a touristy area. We felt like we were part of a friendly community going about its daily life - the area was once Madrid&#39s transport hub and is full of history and is well-known for its excellent tapas bars. If you open the windows you can enjoy the atmosphere, and if you close them, it&#39s very quiet inside. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Excellent communication from the hosts, who have paid close attention to small details that enhance the experience that were much appreciated. We arrived in Madrid early in the morning and stored our luggage 50m from our apartment at Lock & Be Free using a discount code from our hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
