Ubicado en el centro de la histórica Gran Vía, nuestro apartamento de dos dormitorios con una decoración cálida, tiene espectaculares vistas de la ciudad desde el interior y la terraza (todas las noches, una increíble puesta de sol se pone justo en frente de su ventana).
Este increíble apartamento de dos habitaciones ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada (estufa completa, microondas, refrigerador grande, cafetera y tostadora), toallas y ropa de cama, TV de 40 pulgadas con canales internacionales, altavoz inalámbrico Bluetooth Light, área de comedor (mesa de comedor y sillas para 8 personas), plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y cuna (previa solicitud).

Wonderful apartment and city

We loved our stay at the apartment thankyou. Its facilities and comfort were perfect. The location is also brilliant with so much to offer on the doorstep but also easy access the the public transport (metro). If we travel back to Madrid this apartment would be our first choice of accomodation.

CONVINENT Location for Madrid

It was good location for visiting all location for Madrid. Close to Metro station and museum. I just sang say key information and Metro information were needed update. And TV remote was not work. Bathroom door need not drain water. But we enjoyed stay there. Thank you ! :)

a gem of an apartment

This apartment is fabulous – centrally located and equipped with everything you would need. The roof terrace is stunning. Gisela the owner is superb at communicating and so very helpful – she organised our shuttle also to and from the airport. Four of us stayed there and all of us would have no hesitation in Re-booking this apartment. Fabulous!

In the heart of Madrid

This apartment was the perfect place from which to explore this magnificent city of grand architecture & superb art galleries - all of which were in easy walking distance. The terrace, which looked out onto The Telefonica, was a magical place to share a meal & gaze in wonder at the vista. A wonderful stay.

Clean apartment, short on extras

The apartment is nice and clean. Gisela is helpful. However, it is located on one of the less desirable streets near puerta de sol. Prostitutes are everywhere. That did not affect us in any way but not a plus. What we were disappointed in was the apartment had no shampoo, tissues, napkins, pepper or olive oil. Not an ice cube tray or anything but one small towel to wipe up in the kitchen. We had one small waste basket in the kitchen with one plastic bag for the entire stay! Luckily I was not cooking or the garbage and towel/ dish towel situation would have been an issue. These are small amenities but when you find yourself searching for them it can be annoying.

Great location; great hostess

Despite the construction of a subway entrance below the terrace (which is temporary, of course) there is nothing to detract from this apartment's appeal and location. Gisela is easy to contact and responds quickly. Another plus is a Carrefour Express just steps away from the apartment. The tiny but well-stocked store is open 24/7! The view from the apartment's terrace at night is dominated by a wonderful piece of Madrid's architecture. There are shops and café right outside the door, but don't worry. You're seven stories up (remember in Europe they don't count the ground floor) and the bedrooms are in the central and rear of the apartment. We experienced no noise the whole time we were there (4 nights in June). The A/C works great and the elevator is three feet from your door. (I took the stairs down, however.) All in all, a wonderful experience. ¡Muchas gracias, Gisel!

Great apartment in the heart of Madrid

This was a great apartment, perfect for our family of five. We especially enjoyed eating meals on the terrace and sitting on the terrace in the evenings. Gisela made check-in easy for us and the apartment is in a great location just off Calle Gran Via. We would definitely return!

Perfect in every way!!

This was the perfect spot for our family to get acquainted with Europe! The location was absolutely perfect! We did a walking tour from the apartment that hit all of the hotspots. So convenient! We loved the tapas and wine at Celso and Manolo. We recommend it! And the apartment itself was so cozy and well stocked with everything we needed, even coffee and apocket guide to Madrid. Gisela was wonderful! She helped us with airport transportation and was very responsive to our questions by phone, text, and email. If we find ourselves in Madrid again we are definitely staying here!! The terraza and the view from it were perfect!

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of Sept. It was large and roomy with a huge terrace with a wonderful view. We enjoyed sitting outside for cocktails. The street below is for pedestrians so traffic noise is at a minimum. We were able to walk everywhere. Would stay here again if ever back in Madrid.

Beautiful apartment!

Gisela is the perfect host, she has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. The apartment terrace is exactly as the picture and the inside is modern and comfortable. Very nice, centrally located apartment

The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The street it is on is pedestrian-only, and full of people most of the day. Inside the apartment with the windows closed, it is very quiet, and you can't hear the street noise -- except for the singing after Atletico Madrid won their game! This apartment is centrally located -- about a 12 minute walk to the Prado in one direction, and a 12 minute walk to the Royal Palace in the other direction. We walked to Retiro Park daily as well. There is a metro stop less than half a block away. It was all perfect for touring Madrid.

Fantastic apartment with a perfect location

All went well with this rental experience. From the messages / responsive approach even before booking to the great service (late night check in). Top notch! Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location!

Madrid is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. The apartment is in a perfect location, just yards away from the metro and within easy walking distance to all the main city center attractions. The host is very welcoming, helpful and informative. Throughout the booking process she was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped with an amazing terrace which has fantastic views. The comfy bedrooms offer a peaceful, quiet nights sleep. There seems to be a natural charm to the apartment which we all felt immediately upon arrival. We didn't imagine that we could find such tranquility in the heart of the city. We were wrong!

Lovely, centrally located apartment

My family truly enjoyed our stay in Gisela's Madrid apartment. The location is perfect for launching out for a day of adventure in the city, or watching the activity below from the big terrace. The interior of the apartment is lovely, comfortable, and well equipped. Gisela was very prompt in answering every question we had. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

Wonderful!

Gigi is an amazing host, and her apartment in Madrid is perfect for travelers. It is in a great location central and within walking distance of all the major sights. Gigi herself provides a wonderful list of local recommendations, which are must see's but not necessarily easily found on any standard tourist guide! Thank you for the amazing stay! :)

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the city center!

Gisela’s place was perfect for us. It was easy to check in and the house was in excellent condition. We just wish we had more time there so we could enjoy the incredible patio! Very convenient location—many great sites and restaurants within walking distance.

beaucoup plus qu'une belle terrasse!

L'appartement est très bien situé sur une rue pédestre (occupée) et centrale; marcher aux musées, aux marchés, au shopping ne prend que 15mins max. La cuisine est généreuse, la salle de bain est très propre, la douche est petite, mais bien. Les chambres sont bien meublées mais évidemment c'est la terrasse qui est l'endroit oo les gens se tiennent. Comfortable, même en début novembre nous nous retrouvons souvent assis à la table dehors regardant et écoutant le train de vie au coeur de la capitale espagnole. La décision sera facile pour nous, on y retourne à cette appartement la prochaine fois que les vacances nous amène en Espagne. Merci Gisela pour tes conseils, tes suggestions et tes mises-à-jour des événements culturelles. ontario, canada

Wonderful base to explore Madrid!
