Posiblemente la mejor localización en el centro de Madrid (calle Cava Baja) en pleno barrio de la Latina y en el conocido como Madrid de los Austrias. Sin duda, una de las calles con más historia y mejor ubicadas de la capital. ¡Gran variedad de restaurantes y bares te esperan para tapear!



Este amplio apartamento tipo estudio (segunda planta con ascensor) se encuentra en un edificio histórico de mas de 300 años, recién reconstruido. Está ubicado a tan solo 250 m del Mercado de San Miguel, a 300 m de la Plaza mayor y a 750 m del Palacio Real y la Puerta del Sol.



Ideal para parejas, amigos o familias con niños.



Se inauguró en Marzo 2024.



El apartamento está totalmente equipado para hacer tu estancia lo más confortable posible. Además disponen de energía renovable AEROTERMIA y son muy silenciosos a pesar de estar en pleno centro histórico.

Beautiful little apartment! The neighbourhood is wonderful, and surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was very responsive and kind. The place also has little touches that you appreciate when travelling - a spacious shower, places to put toiletries, good lighting, excellent air-conditioning and an easy entry&#47exit system. Perfect combination of a touristic location and a quiet nook

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is superb - 2 minutes to metro station “La Latina”, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, and just around the corner there is a street with tavernas in every door. Although the apartment is in the middle of tourist routes, the street it faces is a very quiet one. I definitely recommend it!
