Lovely home to stay in for a couple days. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. Fantastic location. Was very nice to have a full kitchen, washer, and A/C available.

Pedro stayed in touch with us as we made our way from the airport to his apartment via the metro and greeted us outside. He gave us a tour of the apartment. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location: right by the Plaza del Sol and Mayor, with many great shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony gave a wonderful view of the plaza where the apartment is located, and it was surprisingly quiet given that you are in the heart of a busy area.

Very beautiful, clean and well organized apartment. Great location, great view from the balcony. The host was very helpful and provided a lot of helpful advises. Keep in mind that is on 4th floor with no elevator.

This apartment is in a great location, within 10 minutes walk to the royal palace, lots of shopping places and restaurants. The apartment is very clean, AC is good, has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. Pedro is a great host and responded quickly. My family had a great stay.It is on the fourth floor of an old apartment without elevator, if you do have heavy luggages, get prepared for some lifting.

Great Location! Near everything by foot. There are steps, no elevator, but that was not a problem. We had a balcony looking over the square and a great little coffee/wine shop downstairs.

Wonderful location and especially the apartment. Pedro was very receptive to us. Loved the personal effects in his one time family home. Made us feel At Home ourselves! Locations centrally situated to most everything in Madrid. Steps from Plaza Mayor which many locals also visit so its not just tourists. I actually enjoyed the 8 or so flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor -- got my work in. Its worth it!

This is an authentic Spanish style apartment. Its very well situated behind the Plaza Mayor in a very busy part of town. There are a ton of restaurants right outside the apartment. Despite all the excitement of the location, you don't really hear anything inside the apartment. Very quiet while inside. It does have a nice balcony that overlooks the bustling area four floors below.

Pedro is likely the nicest man in Spain and made sure we found place and got settled easily. Great location and very comfortable. Only downside was 4 floor and no elevator, but historic district and not allowed to put one in apparently.

Family home

We both feel very privileged to have been able to share Pedro‘s family property. The location and view of the plaza was better than expected. We will definitely revisit this property next time we visit Madrid.

Perfect location

A gem in the heart of Madrid

Pedro met us at the property and gave us a lovely welcome and orientation. We loved staying in a central location and found the apartment to be very comfortable. It was really neat to stay in a place with a lot of history , and loved the colors/decor in the apartment. Will definitely return next time we are in Madrid. Thanks Pedro!

Perfect location to explore central Madrid

Top of Plaza de la Provincia

Right next to Plaza Mayor and walking distance of so much more. This flat was perfect for my 18 year old daughter and me. We hit Madrid all day and the came back to this comfortable flat at night where we could watch Madrid go to sleep from the balcon.

Perfect location, has everything you might need

The apartment is located in a spectacular location in the center of the city, allowing you to walk to pretty much any place of interest without any hassle. The apartment itself was cozy, and generously stocked with food provided by the owner. We had no major complaints with it. If we ever visit Madrid again we will definitely stay here.

Pedro was an excellent host. He greeted us when we arrived, and he helped us move our things upstairs, answer our questions, and settle in. The apartment is perfectly located around the corner from Plaza Mayor. Thank you!
