La cocina, la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal tienen puertas corredizas de vidrio de ocho pies que se abren al balcón. Nos encanta sentarnos allí y observar a la gente, los delfines y el océano. La unidad es de baldosas con una cocina actualizada.

La cocina está totalmente equipada: licuadora, tostadora, utensilios, etc. Está a pocos pasos del muelle de Cherry Grove o de la tienda de comestibles, donde también se puede almorzar y cenar. También puedes caminar a los restaurantes del vecindario.

Estoy dispuesto a alquilar a dueños de mascotas que se porten bien. Avíseme con anticipación qué tipo de perro traerá (se aplican tarifas).

Las toallas y sábanas NO SE PROPORCIONAN.

Mi empresa de limpieza ofrece alquileres de ropa que puede elegir en cualquier momento a través de VRBO. Las toallas de baño cuestan $ 16 por juego (incluye 4 toallas, 2 toallas de mano y 2 paños para la cara). Las sábanas cuestan $ 16 por cama (incluye juego de sábanas y fundas de almohada).

De abril a octubre, los alquileres semanales se realizan de sábado a sábado. Llame para disponibilidad de último minuto para fines de semana. Salida 10 A. M., entrada 4 P. M.

The condo has the best balcony! The view was spectacular! The balcony is spacious and accommodated all six adults, 2 dogs, and an infant comfortably. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.However, the condo is in need of many minor repairs (only two of the three sliding doors were usable) and was in need of a deep cleaning. While the surfaces were clean, there were places where food had fallen and accumulated under cabinets or other furniture. The condo does not have any area rugs at the entrance to the balcony, in bathrooms, or inside the front door. Because of this, sand and moisture from shoes gets tracked into the condo and exiting the shower was slippery. The furniture in the condo and on the balcony was comfortable. The dinette table only accommodated four adults despite the fact that the condo was advertised as accommodating six.It should be noted that the condo needs a larger skillet, more flatware, and more serving and cereal/salad bowls. It would also be nice if the kitchen included a Keurig coffee pot option. The pool area and shower at the condo were very small and needed a more thorough cleaning and update. The elevator, for the most part was operable. However, on several occasions we had to use the stairwell to and from the 7th floor.Overall, with a few updates this property has the potential to be a spectacular vacation spot.In the end, we had a wonderful experience and made many beautiful memories!

Vacation

We had a great time. Check-in/out process was very easy. I was disappointed only one door to the balcony was usable. It also got very warm at night in the condo. On our very last night/morning the AC stopped working. Other than that, we gad a fantastic time and would love to stay again next time!!

Perfect location. The deck is so spacious and makes you feel like you're sitting on the beach. There were some minor issues, but nothing requiring immediate attention or nothing that got in the way of our enjoyment. The owner checked in to make sure everything is going well and was very responsive to questions / concerns.

Perfect for a family with a dog!

We couldn’t ask for a better location for our family! The teen and tweens could safely go from the beach to the condo to the pool and back to the beach again without worry. Being ON THE BEACH meant no roads to walk down or cross! The elevator was always quick and that meant that our doggo didn’t have to worry about waiting very long for potty breaks. We would definitely stay here again if we went back to Cherry Grove with the kids, 2 and 4 legged alike.

6 weeks on the ocean

We stayed from 2/1/25 - 3/15/25. We had a wonderful experience. We needed to contact Scott twice with small issues and he was very prompt with getting back to us and helping resolve the problems.The unit is just as described with a gorgeous view from the balcony. There is a table with 4 chairs and also 4 rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful scenery.I truly hope everyone that stays here enjoys it as much as we did.

Words Cant describe..

Scott was the best person I have never met. We were displaced due to Hurricane Helene and Scott was such a lifesaver. This was such a stressful time for my family and Scott was just wonderful to work with. Unit was better than described. When we actually want to enjoy a planned vacation my family will be back for sure.

September Beach Trip

We loved the location and layout of this property. We found the property to be comfortable and pretty well equipped. Some items are showing some wear, but from what I can see the owner keeps an eye and does updates as needed. We wished there were some rugs for bathrooms and the entry way, we would have liked if there was a dustpan so we could clean the floors a little better of the sand, and were surprised a hairdryer wasn't a standard amenity, but overall we would definitely consider staying here on future trips to the area. The patio / view are very nice.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was great, location was perfect. The walk-in shower in the primary bathroom was very nice, and the tile floors made cleanup easy. Everything worked, which is not always the case in a rental, but you can see the care that went into that goes into this unit.

Location and views were great. Could use some minor additions like towel holders and more pillow cases for the bed pillows. Elevator acted odd all week and had to use the stairs one morning. Otherwise it was great

Great Location and Wonderful View

My husband, myself and our dog enjoyed a wonderful week at the Shalimar. The condo was spotless, without any of the musty beach smell we’ve encountered at other properties. The building was also well maintained, with the elevator and parking lot kept tidy. We enjoyed being so close to a grocery store and other amenities for day to day needs. My favorite part of each day was sitting on the balcony and watching pelicans fly by just feet away!

Nice place

Condo was clean and comfy for our family of 4 and our small dog. We had plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the plastic netting around the lower part of the balcony rail to keep our doggy safe. We have stayed at several oceanfront properties in NMB and have never been so close to the water. The pictures just don't do this place justice! We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony, just taking in the view. We will be returning next year! Thank you for a wonderful week, Scott!

Location!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and the third time we have stayed in one of Scott’s properties. This Condo is in a great location in Cherry Grove, and you cannot beat the amazing view from the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We did have one issue while we were there, but once I communicated that issue to Scott, he immediately responded and was working to solve the problem. Scott is kind and helpful if you have any issues during your stay. Once small suggestion would be to purchase a bit more in the line of dishes and silverware, because you do tend to use them (especially the bowls) pretty quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to the condo at Shalimar.

We have always loved Shalimar's location, walkable shops and bars, local golf courses, and seeing the pier from our bedrooms. I am a self-employed, Jimmy-Buffett loving, avid golfer. If you need anything during your stay, I am local in the area. Enjoy your vacation!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We originally chose Shalimar in 1997 because of its "small building, small crowds." The building always has friendly owners/renters and the beach is not overcrowded. We were also drawn to the panoramic views from the kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom. It has always felt like a second home.

Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier, Boulineau's, and local nightlife. Short drive to Main Street of North Myrtle Beach with various shopping, restaurants, and bars. Walkable Black Pearl Mini Golf Course - complete with sweet treats and arcade!
