Most sought after location in Cherry Grove. Sit on the second floor balcony and listen to the waves and enjoy the views. Step inside to a COMPLETELY REMODELED down to the studs two bedroom two bathroom condo.

The kitchen is fully updated and stocked for you to make a meal or a drink. Sit at the beautiful granite countertops and enjoy your meal, or sit at the dining room table. The living room has been beautifully updated and has a brand new sofa sleeper and recliner, along with a smart TV.

The master bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean. A comfortable king sized bed awaits you along with brand new furniture. The en suite bathroom has been completely updated.

Down the hall is a guest room with twin bunk beds and a queen sized bed. There is also a full size arcade game and a TV to entertain the children!.

A stackable washer and dryer is in the unit. There are additional full size washer and dryers available for guest use near the pool.

Step outside the condo and use the private beach access to set up your umbrella and spend the day by the ocean or bring your kayaks and walk over to the intercoastal waterway. Head back to the condo and take a dip in the clean community pool.

This condo has been torn down to the studs and everything including the HVAC has been replaced. Soft hotel towels and linens are included.

Please be sure to read the house rules. The association allows one car per unit and no animals (except for owners). Our property is undergoing a restoration project so that we can preserve our slice of heaven for years to come. They are doing some painting but otherwise it’s done!
