The property address is clear to make it easy to find. The apartment building is no 8 it is on the ground floor on the right (2 steps in the hallway). Very secure with main entrance lock, electric window shutters, double glazed.
Parking is on the road outside no problems. It is not a through road so is very quiet. There is a small enclosed outside grassed area and a line for drying laundry (washing machine is in kitchen). A dishwasher too. The home is bright, modern, very clean and equipped to a very good standard. The only cooking facility is ceramic induction 4 pan hob which we used for simple pasta meals. There's a Krupps coffee maker and a kettle and good fridge with small freezer.
We used the air-conditioning briefly a couple of evenings, it works perfectly.
The bathroom is well appointed.
The bedroom is roomy and comfortable with limited hanging space and some shelves.
Excellent supermarket within a few hundred meters and a wonderful café for breakfasts, lunches and apéro, freshly made mouthwatering pastries, cakes and pizzas, reasonable prices and very friendly family run.
Walk another 200 meters and you have bus stops on the main road to Como and around the lake and, the fantastic ferry service to Como and numerous villages with hop on/off service - easier and cheaper to use than driving and parking, we left the car outside the home most of the time! Reduced pensioners rates on the ferry and beautiful views.
