Very high ceilings, original wooden floors, antique sash windows & brand new luxury bathroom.
This apartment is flooded with natural light with views across Soho.
Close to all the major London attractions.

The property has strong gas central heating through out.
Living room:
Super comfortable retro sofa, TV with net flicks and coffee table. Wifi thru out property.
Bed time
Luxury double mattress, with fresh Egyptian cotton sheets and large wardrobe space. The bed is beautiful to sleep on.
The property also has a comfortable, pull out sofa bed that can sleep two people. Please note that this is a studio apartment and the sofa bed will be in the same room as the main luxury double bed should you want to have more than 2 people staying at the property.
Bathroom
Brand new luxury bathroom, with waterfall shower head, mood lighting, under floor heating, vanity sink. plenty of storage and mirrros.
Kitchen:
Good sized kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, sink, cooker, oven & coffee maker. cutlery, plates and cooking equipment are all provided.
Work Space/dinner
Large work space/ Dinning room table with 4 comfortable chairs, plants and sash window looking onto the street below.
Guest access
On arrival we will meet you at the property and run you thru everything to ensure you have an amazing stay. We live locally should you have any issues.
Other things to note
Please be aware that this flat is in the centre of Soho and can sometimes be noisy. Those who want silence should consider this before renting.
Should any of your party have mobility issues, there is 3 average sized fights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The property has elderly residents downstairs and other long term tenants in the building. Therefore noise must be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 06:00am.
Parties are not permitted in this property.
Guest found to be holding parties or disturbing our neighbours will be asked to leave immediately.

The property was build in 1887 and is very historical, it has view's of famous historical art works on the adjacent buildings. The property is very culturally rich and offers an authentic soho experience.
