Welcome to your perfect Brighton base - a stylish 2 bed flat by the sea, sleeping up to 6, with parking available Ideally located just moments from the beach and The Lanes, it’s the perfect spot for Brighton Festival & Fringe, weekend escapes, or longer stays.



This premium two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment blends modern comfort with a relaxed coastal feel. Thoughtfully designed interiors, a bright elevated position, and everything you need for a smooth stay make it ideal for friends, families, or work trips.



We can also accommodate larger groups across multiple flats in the same building (up to 10 guests in total) — feel free to enquire for availability.

Modern & Cozy Apartment in Prime Location: Escape to our serene fourth-floor apartment, perfect for travellers seeking a central and beachside stay.

A quick heads up: there’s a short staircase up (about 20–30 seconds) - just enough to earn your welcome treats at the top. Being slightly elevated brings in more light and nicer views, and the central location comes with a touch of Brighton’s evening buzz. This charming space offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for working remotely or unwinding after a day of exploring.



Stylish Living & Dining Area:

Designed for comfort and connection, the spacious living area includes a sofa bed that sleeps two, making this apartment ideal for families, groups, or couples. Whether enjoying meals, watching your favorite shows, or simply relaxing, you'll feel at home in this thoughtfully styled space.



Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, washing machine, cookware, cutlery, and ample counter space. Perfect for short or extended stays.

Please Note:

1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.

2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges £20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be £40.



Guest Access:

- You’ll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.



- Please note, the lead guest for group bookings must be aged 25 or older.



- Unbeatable Location in Brighton Central - You’ll have the Brighton Central beachfront at your doorstep, plus easy access to fantastic transport links. Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express Coaches and major local bus routes, is moments away. Brighton Train Station is just a 10-minute walk, or hop on a bus that stops directly outside the flat every two minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Celebrating a Special Occasion? - Add a touch of magic with our optional celebration packages, featuring prosecco/wine, chocolates, and more. Please inquire for availability and pricing.



- A travel cot and highchair are available for an extra fee of £35-just request ahead of time.

- Early check-in and late check-out can also be arranged with 24 hours prior notice.

- For group bookings the lead guest must be aged 25 or over.

- No bicycles, and no pets allowed

Mixed bag here. Great property for central Brighton. Would get five stars however. Check in details were late in my view. Parking situation was not very clear. We also it a situation where another group said that they had the flat booked. Not sure what happened to them. That would have knocked this down to three stars but I left a charger behind. The host was very accommodating returning it to me so back to four stars

Lovely, well positioned flat. Poor sound proofing

Flat is in a brilliant location and kept really nicely. Nice welcome touches too from property manager. Really helpful property manager too.Unfortunately at night, the windows do not provide any sound proofing and all night children were awake scared of the loud noises and fights happening in surrounding streets.
