Beautiful house with strategic location south of Malmö, close to everything

Welcome to this charming house in Skåne län. Located on the countryside south of Malmö. With 3 bedrooms (totaly 8 beds), 2 bathrooms equipped and a private garden facing south. The house is new renovated with lovely natural materials as creates a lovely and relaxande atmosphere. The house is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The house have a private green garden, in a southerly direction with relaxing furnitures, sunbeds and a BBQ for Lovely days and evenings. There is a roof over the outdoor dining table so you can sir outsider in all weathers.
You need to come by car, here is very little public transport in the area. Swedens best beaches is just 15 minutes away (Skanör Falsterbo Ljunghusen Höllviken), the bridge to Denmark and Malmö is 10 minutes away. 5 minutes to supermarkets. Everything is easy to reach from here, a perfect location to explore the south parts of Skåne and Copenhagen.
The house host 8 persons. Master bedroom 180 cm doublebed. Second bedroom 160 cm doublebed (under a sloping roof) plus one 90 cm bed ( singel).
Third bedroom a 160 cm doublebed ( standing against a Wall). And one 120 cm bed in a public room on second floor. See all bedrooms in the photos. The house is located along a road in our small village, traffic is normally low an slow (40 km).
