Welcome to this charming red cottage with a scenic and elevated location by the sea, just a short distance from Loftahammar. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views over Björkö, watch boats pass by, and perhaps catch a glimpse of a majestic sea eagle or a pair of swans.

The bright and open floor plan, combined with large panoramic windows, creates a spacious and airy atmosphere while enhancing the close connection to the sea. A door from the living room leads out to the veranda – the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast or a relaxing dinner with a sea view.



Comfortable Accommodation with All Amenities

The cottage is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The living room features a cozy sofa set, Apple TV, and a dining area. The modern kitchen includes everything you need – a stove, convection oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The bathroom is spacious, fully tiled, and has a shower and toilet.



There are plenty of sleeping arrangements:

•Bedroom 1 – Double bed

•Bedroom 2 – Single bed

•Loft – Double bed and single bed

Laundry facilities are available in a separate part of the owner’s house.



Things to See and Do in Loftahammar and the Surrounding Area

Just a few steps from the cottage, you’ll find a private jetty where you can swim and fish. For children, there is a playhouse, sandbox, swings, and a volleyball net. A short walk will take you to a cozy sandy beach with a barbecue area and cliffs for diving.

The surrounding nature is ideal for walks, mushroom and berry picking, and forest adventures. Here, you are close to both the sea and the woods – a perfect place for relaxation and exploration.

Loftahammar, just seven kilometers away, offers a grocery store, bakery, marina, restaurants, and a golf course. The area also has several beaches with sandy shores and mini golf. For day trips, we recommend visiting the charming summer town of Västervik, Astrid Lindgren’s World in Vimmerby, or the adventure park Fort Helgenäs.

A deposit of 2000 SEK is paid by card on the day of arrival and is refunded one week after departure provided that the house is left in a clean condition.
