Esta acogedora casa del siglo XVIII se encuentra junto a uno de los archipiélagos más bellos de Suecia. El estilo antiguo se conserva con muebles cómodos y luminosos. Bonita ramita de porche bajo techo con bancos. La planta baja alberga una gran sala de estar encantadora. Aquí está feliz de reunirse por las noches para momentos agradables. Adyacente se encuentra la bonita terraza acristalada al aire libre con comedor y acceso directo al jardín. Cocina encantadora con electrodomésticos de buena calidad, ducha fresca con lavadora. El dormitorio está arriba, uno de los cuales es más pequeño. Camas recién compradas en 2014. El pequeño camino conduce al mar a unos 300 my a la playa municipal con playa de arena, amplios prados, muelles sólidos y balsa para nadar. Perfecto para días de descanso soleados y cálidos. Para los amantes del golf, hay un campo de 9 hoyos cerca. Lleve a la familia a la pintoresca ciudad de Västervik, a unos 60 km con muchos eventos de verano y festivales de música anuales. La pequeña localidad veraniega de Loftahammar está a solo 2 km. Mucha vida y movimiento con barcos, restaurantes, exposiciones y tiendas. Una buena excursión de un día puede ser visitar Astrid Lingrens Värld en Vimmerby, a unos 80 km. En el camping Tättö, muy cerca, hay botes a pedales, canoas, mini golf, alquiler de bicicletas y un bote para alquilar.
