En 840 pies cuadrados, usted disfrutará de la 1 dormitorio, junto con un vestíbulo literas alcoba y 1. 5 baños. Este hermoso condominio puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Cuenta con alfombra y azulejos a través del condominio y una sala de estar / comedor mirando a la derecha a su patio. La cocina totalmente equipada, actualizada con encimeras de granito será una alegría para entretener en. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Entonces, relájate y disfruta de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y una zona de parrillas a gas para tu uso.

Amazing location with the best view. The beach is not overly crowded which to me is worth it. This is our third time staying here and we will definitely be back next year.

Everything that we expected. Absolutely beautiful place. Condo was super clean, and the location was perfect. We will continue to rent this condo from now on if available.

Great All Around Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was easy to find, clean looking from the parking lot and the outside. The staff made check in a breeze. Major draws for us were the condo being beachfront, beach services included, private beach access and it being a smaller building, so there weren't rows and rows of beach setups like there would be in a big condo tower. The decor was current and as pictured. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the unit. This particular unit is nice with it being on ground level and close to the pool, if kids have to go to the restroom, or just change their mind every 30 minutes, its easy to run in and out to grab things etc.

Our room is “home base” for our other friends we meet down there. The room is always spotless. The amenities were fabulous. The private beach was one of my favorites- your chairs set up for you everyday and there’s enough room to where guests aren’t packed in like sardines, fighting for a front row beach spot. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air compared to all the high-rise, hustle/bustle touristy condos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been several times over the years. My family loves the DBC because of the location, the cleanliness and the staff. However, this year was not a great stay. The king-sized bed was awful. My 10-year-old daughter and I tossed on it all night, and then woke up sore every morning. It was hard as a rock. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. We spent most days outside, but it's kind of nice to relax and watch a movie at night. The furniture was so awkward and uncomfortable that a movie or tv night wasn't really an option. I love the DBC, but won't stay there again and not sleep or be able to relax.

Going down hill

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year staying at Destin Beach Club. We have noticed in the past couple years that the overall quality has decreased. The once family oriented clean place is no longer what it use to be. Seems to be the “loud, obnoxious party crowds” Cleanliness has gone way downhill, I had to sweep our condo upon arrival which looked like it hadn’t been swept in quite a while. Needs maintenance on minor things. The beach service this past year August 2022 was not pleasing at all. We miss Adam!! And after all this the price increases $1000 a week. Checked on booking for next year and the price is increasing another $1000. Greatly disappointed.

I will definitely stay here again

I didn't want to stay in a huge uninviting high-rise. I purposely searched for a smaller place only a few stories high. This place was the perfect find. It was as comfortable as being in my own home. The condo was furnished with anything we would need for a weeks stay and then some. It was extremely clean and cozy. I loved the location and the private beach. I like that we had the option of the pool for the kids when we didn't want to be covered in sand. I chose the main floor for extra living space. I liked the idea of being able to walk out my patio door and virtually directly to the pool and water. I will definitely book that exact unit my next stay. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Destin Beach Club.

They say in our patio chairs & made it hard for us to go in/out our patio door. There was grease left on the concrete. Also they ball team took food into the pool area.

The property was clean and well stocked. The office staff, Jenn and Caitlin, and the beach attendant, Nestor, were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing time! Hope to be back next year.

Room 111

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 111 was a nice room. It seemed well kept and had most all the things most vacation travelers would need. The two things I would suggest would check the toilet in the half bath off the hallway. When you sit on it the toilet seat seems to be loose and needs adjustment. The second thing is the front door lock does not provide a tight snug fit when the door is closed. I tightened the two Phillips screws to help keep the door knob screws from falling out. This has too much slop movement when closed. It leaves you feeling the door is insecure. I believe the door knob alignment needs adjustments or replaced completely.
