🌴 OMG!!! UNBELIEVABLE FIRST FLOOR BEACHFRONT CONDO, one bedroom (sleeps up to 8) completely renovated …located at the Coral Reef Club on the beautiful Crystal Beach location of Destin, across from the Henderson Hotel.
No stairs, no elevators, just walk out your back door to your private deck, green space, and the emerald waters of Destin… Absolutely heaven!
The entire unit has been completely gutted and redone. The kitchen is to die for with high-end Cafe’ appliances , furniture & coastal artwork…beach service is also provided.
If you’re looking for something new, ground floor/beachfront, and a very quiet tucked away location, this unit is definitely for y’all.
Everything is within a quarter mile (Destin Commons Shopping Plaza, Publix, dozens of restaurants, golf courses, etc.) making this location ideal for those that don’t want to drive anywhere… And there are no roads to cross either…the beach is your backyard 🥂🌴😎
The king bedroom , two twin hall bunks, queen sofa bed, and queen air mattress , can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! We loved being on the first floor with nice patio & grassy area to enjoy the beautiful view. It was so convenient to be close to the stairs to the beach. We had the most amazing week and can’t wait to go back.

We had a great time. The condo was a perfect setup for a relaxing week. The beach access was just off the patio. The view, especially the sunsets, were spectacular. Chuck, the host, was helpful and checkin and checkout with him was seamless.

This condo is equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Great location, gourmet kitchen, beach service, and on top of it all an owner who is easily accessible and ready to answer your questions. We had a wonderful 2 week stay here and look forward to booking again!

Wonderful’

The location of the condo in Crystal Beach was ideal for us. The ground floor unit was literally steps away from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would book again for sure.

Chuck went above and beyond to give us a fun and relaxing stay. The unit is obviously tastefully renovated and had boogie boards and beach chairs for our kids.The unit is WAY closer and convenient to shopping than any other on the water. Short drive up the street with ZERO stop signs.The shelfs above the mini fridge and the sideboard made for great storage and felt effortless to keep the room clean.We’ll be back 100%.

Loved it!

The location of this property is perfect on a private beach that’s not overly crowded. Unit has beautiful upgrades and everything we needed and loved just walking out our back porch and onto the sand so easily. Unit owner was so much help. Will be back. VRBO has bunks listed as fulls but they are twins.

BOOK THIS!!!

First of all, Chuck is amazing!!! He treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay! This condo is PERFECTION! We stayed with our kiddos and they loved all the provided beach toys and bunk beds. The kitchen is STUNNING and the walk to the beach is effortless. No waiting on elevators here! The location is in the best part of town and feels safe. We enjoyed the short drive to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Our trip was in October and some days were a little cool but the pool was still nice and warm! Can’t say enough good things about staying here. We will be back and you will not regret choosing this place!!! 10/10 recommend!!!
