Esta hermosa unidad de 1 dormitorio situado en el segundo piso se abre a su propio balcón privado para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas de la arena blanca y cristalina y hermosas aguas de color verde esmeralda. Usted puede mirar a través de las dunas de arena blanca a la playa que parece como su propia playa privada! ¡Disfruta de tus dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla que está lista y esperándote! Really a great place on the Gulf.We walk everyday several times and love that it is next to Henderson Beach State Park. Quiet,clean and well equipped condos.Staff are friendly and professional and ready to help if needed. Beautiful views,close to restaurants and shopping. The chairs and beach umbrella setups everyday is great.We've stayed in many different units over the 12 years and have never been disappointed with any of them.We'll be back for our 13th in 2025.

Prime location, unit needs some TLC

The sofa bed was the most comfortable bed, it seemed new. . All other mattresses are old and full of dents. One of the twin mattress was so old it hurts to lay on it. All the appliances are so noisy. They work, but barely. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beach service was super friendly, but they remove everything way too early. They start removing stuff at 3pm!!! I believe we should have chairs and umbrella at least until 6pm. They start removing at 3 and by 5 is all gone!!! I didn’t like that at all. Bring your own chairs and umbrella if you like to sit at the beach past 3pm.

Our only complaint was the furniture. Both couch and chair needed replaced. King size bed was a bit uncomfortable as well. But, the kitchen was well stocked.

There was mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower, the couches were severally stained, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the unit was extremely out dated. It’s like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. Beach access was nice though. However, I will never recommend anyone staying here.

Our family of 4 have plenty of space for the week we stay.It is need of a new dishwasher and would love it to be supplied with trash bags and dish soap. Loved the new bathroom sink and new washer and dryer. The master bedroom bed is too big and creaky. The girls love the bunk beds still. Coral reef does a great job with beach chairs and a beautiful beach to vacation on.

Property needs major facelift for cost. The view and beach saved

When you are traveling some accommodations are needed. Some guest show up early and some late. Being considerate to your earlier arrivals should be taken. The building is very run down. For $1,300 for two nights the property should be in great condition. The unit was clean and fine but the building was very dissatisfying. The beach was great which saved it all. My tips : don’t charge such high rates when the property is run down and be more considerate to your guests who come early due to flights. Perhaps a place to store luggage or change into suits to go to the beach. Holiday in had better accommodations and customer service. It’s about the overall experience. The full time beach boy was great!! He was accommodating and considerate! He should get a raise !

Obviously the pictures online are when they first bought the condo. The owners would do well to update this unit and then would highly recommend!

Great beachfront location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beachfront location, but your unit/condo can make or break your vacation stay in terms of comfort. We have stayed at Coral Reef for our family vacations for years. We've stayed in some nice units and some not-so-nice units. However, unit #26 certainly needs updating. The kitchen appliances need upgrading. Stove burners were uneven and didn't lay flat. The coffee maker did not work, pots and pans were old and inexpensive, which caused the food to cook unevenly and burn quickly. We had a few issues with the bathrooms, but they took care of it right away once reported to property management. On a positive note, we love the private beach and its beautiful views. The attractions, restaurants, and shopping were convenient as well.

Family Fall Getaway

We mainly just relaxed and stayed at the condo. We did enjoy some meals out to AJ's,The Crab Trap, Merlins Pizza and Pedro's and of course walking around the Harbour Walk. The Staff is always so pleasant and willing to help out if needed. Thanks again for always making our trip a very memorable and relaxing time.

beautiful condo and view !!!!

Beautiful condo! Well equipped kitchen. Balcony overlooking the white sand beach was great! Loved that the building is a low-rise - just 3 stories so not such a crowd at the pool or beach. Location is very convenient to many eating establishments and to Destin Commons for lots of fun shopping! Will certainly come back. Office staff was wonderful to work with.
