Come enjoy this private and beautiful, Coral Reef Club Condo-

Two story 1,180 square foot residence sleeps 10 people, easily. Coral Reef Club is a rare find- with only 49 units–promising you relaxation and reprieve on your private beach –even during the most popular season. Beach service of one umbrella and two beach chairs is complimentary and you can expect them to be set up and waiting for you during the dates of March 1 through October 31.

On the first floor, the primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and a 55 in smart TV. The hallway bunk alcove provides 2 twins and 1.5 baths as well as in unit washer and dryer.

Second level boasts 2 private areas: one with 2 queen beds and TV and the other with a king-sized bed and TV. There is also a full “Jack and Jill” bathroom.

This condo features an open concept family/dining room with a fully appointed kitchen allowing for together-time and memory making. Watch a movie or your favorite show on the 70” flat screen. Break out a board game or grab a book and snuggle up on the couch.

While you indulge in your morning coffee on your own private balcony, overlooking the crystal, clear emerald waters of Destin, Florida…keep your eye out for unobstructed views of the dolphins! Watch the sunset from your perfectly positioned home away from home.

Directly located on the private, white sand beach, this beautiful space is only 700 steps from one of the finest full service luxury spas in the country and less than a mile from Whole Foods, Publix and many other major shopping destinations and restaurants. You will be just a short walking distance to several fabulous local eateries and cocktails.

In addition to direct beach access, Coral Reef has a swimming pool, terrace and BBQ area-with real charcoal grills.

As an added bonus, you’re just 2.5 miles from the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas for some family fun.

Quick summer get away.

This was a perfect vacay! The condo was perfect!!! Spacious, clean and a beautiful view. The people working in the office were super nice and helpful. The guys working the beach chairs were great. It was a wonderful time!

ON the Gulf

The only resort that is truly from deck to ocean 150 ft away. So wondersul you may never leave your deck. The accommodations are a 10.

The manager at the coral reef was not helpful and check in process was not as good as other places. Besides that the condo and location is awesome

Favorite Unit!

I’ve stayed at the Coral Reef Club based on beach accessibility, location, and unit options. Our unit was updated, spacious, clean and it suited us perfectly. Wish we would’ve checked under beds upon arrival, we could’ve used some of items (storage bins, tent). The vanity mirrors were a hit, the couch was firm, and the kitchen storage plentiful! The beach was calm and the waves were gentle. The entire family played and relaxed. It was exactly what we needed. We will be back again!

Condo was clean and accurate to the listing. Views were great. Clean beach. Location was nice but not exactly what we prefer. Some restaurants within walking distance but not much for night life. We mostly had to uber to bars and restaurants. The office staff could be more welcoming and nicer. I arranged for a late check out which was approved in writing. The day before we were scheduled to check out they sent me the information for check in with a code to a different condo. I stopped at the office to inquire about check out. They were rude and informed me that they sent me the info. Except the info they sent was wrong! I again confirmed the late check out. However the morning of our check out they knocked on the door and rudely said that we needed to leave and they had cleaning staff there to clean. Definitely was not a pleasant ending to our trip.

The loft front bedroom offers no privacy as you have to walk through it to get to the back bedroom or bathroom. And the bunkbeds squeezed into the front hall also offer no privacy as you pass them going from front door to living room. We were there for only 3 nights so it worked fine.

Disappointed in condo

We have stayed at Coral Reef several times, but the condition of this particular condo when we arrived was disappointing to say the least. Black mold in one of the bathrooms. Layers of dust everywhere. The property manager was quick to come and take care of those issues and did refund us the cleaning fee which was greatly appreciated. I just wish it wouldn’t have been an issue in the first place so that we weren’t dealing with that on our first day there. Won’t stay in the condo again, but again appreciative of the property manager.

Bachelorette Trip

My group was very excited to stay here. The pictures of the decor in the condo really sold us. When we got to the condo it was late and we had to set up decorations before the bride came in. Not only were we decorating but we had to clean as well. The condo was not properly cleaned and there was a broken vase. I did not contact the manager… which was my mistake.. we were just so busy trying to get things done. Also, Our room was never cleaned while we were there. A couple weeks after we left I got a call that I was being charged for the broken vase. The manager was rude and basically blamed it all on me… the same manager that I saw let a group of under aged girls rent another unit without someone over the age of 25. Very displeased with the condo.. management and cleanliness. Do not recommend.

It is unfortunate that your late arrival caused stress for your group making you rush your decorating and party planning. We know how much thought and effort goes into planning the perfect experience for the favorite bride-to-be. It is unfortunate that you did not reach out to the management team when you determined the cleanliness was not up to your expectations. We would have certainly responded immediately to your needs had we only known. Please understand, daily cleaning is not a service that is provided and the rental fee includes one cleaning upon departure. Our hope is that your group had an amazing celebration of the bride and her crew!

The office staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is the first time we had to use maintenance as the kitchen faucet broke and had to be replaced. They were right on it and it was complete in just a few of hours. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the location of the beach since it is close to the state park and less crowded. As always we'll be back.

Great Place!

Had a wonderful stay! Condo was just as pictured. Kitchen was nicely stocked and over all fit our family & extended family's needs. (5 adults &2 teens) Loved the private beach with chair & umbrella service! The location was central to grocery stores, restaurants and local attractions. Would definitely stay again!

It was clean in the condo unit as well as around the building. The whole experience was awesome.
