Villa della Marchesa is a timeless oasis offering a beautiful, well-kept Mediterranean park (3000 m²) with direct access to the water and a natural beach.
The park is exclusively reserved for guests of the four wings of the villa (approx. 60 m² each) and its annex, a 100 m² house for up to 6 people, also located in the park.

An ideal starting point to discover Lake Lugano. It is very easy to rent paddles, pedal boats, motorboats and bicycles, allowing water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers to enjoy the lake and its surroundings to the fullest.

The picturesque village on Lake Lugano offers easy access to Lake Como and Lake Piano, as well as a wide range of activities. Hikers will enjoy the many scenic trails leading to natural wonders, including the vast nature reserve surrounding Cressogno, filled with streams, waterfalls, rocks and unforgettable views.

Although untouched by urban tumult and mass tourism, Villa della Marchesa is just a short drive from cinemas, theatres, museums and clubs. Visitors will be amazed by the many art festivals and markets held in the area.

Local amenities, such as a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and bars, are just 500 meters away. The nearest supermarkets are a two-minute drive away, and the first excellent restaurant is right in front of the main entrance. The bus stop is located 20 meters from the entrance.
