Villa Lion is situated on the peaceful hillside of Kalkan's Ortaalan district. This spacious property features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an expansive terrace, a pool area, and a lower lawn that extends towards the front, offering stunning views of the Taurus Mountains. The villa's elegant neutral décor, abundant natural light, and generous living spaces offer sophisticated and comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests.

You can easily reach the town centre, restaurants, bars, and shops with a quick 3-4 minute drive or a 15-minute stroll. The nearest supermarket, Migros Supermarket, is just a 10-minute walk from the villa, and the beach clubs are also within a 20-minute walk.

Lower Ground Floor

Access to the lower ground floor is available via an external staircase located on the left side of the pool. This floor features the villa's first two bedrooms. There is one twin and one double bedroom with en-suite facilities, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The double bedroom also includes a jacuzzi bath.

The ground floor features a spacious, modern living space adorned with stylish furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The spacious split-level terrace boasts a large private pool with Roman steps for easy access. There is an outdoor jacuzzi with sunken seating and a children's splash pool on the lower level, accessible from the expansive green lawn. The pool terrace also offers ample sun loungers, parasols, and relaxing outdoor seating.
