4 Bedroom Home in Charming Village outside Oxford
Enjoy a stay in our beautiful four-bedroom home, just 20 minutes from Oxford. Whether you`re looking for a peaceful base to enjoy after a busy day of shopping or exploring the local countryside, or a bit of quality time with your family, this is the ideal home for you!
Downstairs you will be welcomed into the beautifully light, open-plan kitchen and dining room, with everything you need to cook up a storm (or enjoy a takeaway!). The dining area also offers the ideal space to enjoy a great long catch up with your friends and family, and while away the hours over good food.
We also have a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and fireplace so you can nestle up with a great book or enjoy a film marathon on our smart TV. The home also boasts a gorgeous garden with furniture to soak up the sun and enjoy a drink/watch the children playing in the garden (or both!) We also have a helpful, seperate WC downstairs.
Upstairs you’ll find our four bedrooms over two floors, with comfortable beds (three double beds and a single room), with all linens and towels provided, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. We also have a great family bathroom, with a shower and bathtub - ideal for families and also for an indulgent soak after a busy day!
Please note the stairs to the second floor attic bedroom are very steep, and not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. When descending, it is safest to do so backwards, ladder-style. We do have removable stairgates though, particularly to block access to these steep steps!
Situated in the lovely Forest Hill area, there are gorgeous English countryside walks and a selection of fantastic restaurants and pubs on the doorstep - The White Horse offering amazing Thai food just round the corner, and traditional pubs such as the Talkhouse, Stanton St John, and The Abingdon Arms, Beckley, within walking distance if you want to work up an appetite before lunch! There is also easy access to Oxford city centre (by public transport, or a 20 minute drive), Bicester Village, the Cotswolds and beyond!

We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
