Set in the quiet and sunny area of Los Arenales del Sol, this apartment offers a relaxing setting just a few minutes from beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and small shops. The neighborhood is known for its long stretches of sandy coast, family-friendly vibe, and chilled-out Mediterranean pace. It’s a lovely base for beach lovers and those wanting to explore Alicante without the crowds.

The apartment is only 20 minutes drive from the city of Alicante, where you can go to visit its most touristic places such as the Castle of Santa Barbara or the Esplanade of Spain, or enjoy its beaches.
It is also just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Los Arenales del Sol and other nearby beaches such as Playa Elche.

The property is located in an exclusive urbanization in Los Arenales del Sol, Alicante.

The maximum number of beds is 6 people.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning for the warmer months and a heat pump function for the colder season, ensuring comfort year-round. Two electric radiators are also provided for additional warmth during winter. A ceiling fan in the main bedroom helps keep the space pleasant in summer.

Hot water is available throughout the accommodation via a 50-liter water heater, so we kindly ask guests to use it responsibly.



The property also has a swimming pool, but it is not available all year round. Only during the summer season

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.

Trash cannot be left in the aisles and must be left in the containers on the right side of the aisle.

The air conditioning tank must be emptied to optimize the air conditioners.
