This elegant three-bedroom villa, located in a quiet and sunny area of Calheta, offers a comfortable and unforgettable stay with stunning sea views.

The property features three bedrooms and an additional room with a single bed. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both with access to a shared balcony offering panoramic ocean views. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. The villa includes three bathrooms: one with a shower, one with a bath, and a third shared bathroom for added convenience.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room.

Outside, a private haven awaits. The villa boasts a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a garden, and a barbecue area with a dining table—perfect for socialising outdoors.

AREA
Located in the picturesque parish of Arco da Calheta on Madeira Island, this villa is set in one of the sunniest and quietest areas of the island. Calheta is renowned for its stunning landscapes, with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Arco da Calheta offers a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the best Madeira has to offer. The town of Calheta, with its famous golden sandy beach, marina, restaurants, and local services, is just a few minutes’ drive away. The location also provides easy access to other island attractions, such as Paul da Serra (starting point for several levadas) and the natural pools of Porto Moniz. Funchal, Madeira’s capital, is about 35 minutes away by car, and the airport is around 50 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, as it is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also provide an app for guests with important information about the property and other useful details for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, guests will be subject to our team’s availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All customers aged 13 or over will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
