This magnificent villa, with approximately 200m², is ideally located on a hillside with stunning views over Madeira’s cultural landscape and the endless ocean horizon.

The house is spread over two floors and offers a generous outdoor area where you can enjoy a panoramic terrace, swimming pool, and barbecue zone. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and has private parking at the front of the property.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas, a television, and a dining table, perfect for gathering your group. The large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all essential appliances, including an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, and more. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

There is also a room on this same floor equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, making it convenient for those with mobility limitations.

Upstairs, the bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, feature king-size beds and wardrobes. They offer incredible ocean views and access to a balcony with chairs, ideal for relaxing. The beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee your utmost comfort.

Arco da Calheta, nestled on Madeira's sun-drenched southwest coast, offers a blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and culinary delights.

Enjoy hiking the stunning Levada 25 Fontes and relaxing at Praia da Calheta, one of Madeira's few sandy beaches. Visit the modern Casa das Mudas arts centre with ocean views. For dining, try Requinte do Rochão for local cuisine or Manifattura Di Gelato for Italian fare. The lush Laurisilva Forest nearby offers unforgettable nature walks.

The best way to reach the property is by car.

The Madeira airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
