Flooded with natural light, The Deck House combines modern Scandinavian-inspired design with relaxed coastal living. The upper-floor open-plan living space has been thoughtfully positioned to showcase the spectacular sea views, allowing you to enjoy the ever-changing Solent from sunrise to sunset whether you’re dining, relaxing on the sofas, or stepping outside onto the balcony with a morning coffee or evening drink.
Clean lines, spacious interiors, and carefully chosen furnishings create a calm, contemporary atmosphere, while large windows blur the boundary between inside and out.

Elevated to maximise the sea views, this bright and airy space features two comfortable corner sofas, a TV, and a dedicated workstation.
Dining Area:
Dining table with seating for seven guests perfect for long, sociable meals.
Kitchen:
Well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and ample storage for holiday catering.
A spiral staircase leads down to the lower ground floor, where the bedrooms are located. An additional workspace is also available on this level.

King-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes and doors opening directly onto the rear decking.
En-suite bathroom with WC, hand basin, bidet, and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 2:
