BEDROOM

The bedroom features a flexible zip-and-link bed, set up as a double but can be made into two singles on request – perfect for couples or friends travelling together.

We provide fresh bed linen.

KITCHENETTE

The kitchen features modern appliances, including an electric portable hob and air fryer, fridge, kettle, and microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery – perfect for whipping up a delicious brunch or lunch. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you.

BATHROOM

En-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet
There is a separate bathroom by the kitchen which has a toilet, sink and mirror
We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats
PATIO

Due to pigeons nesting in the area, the patio will be temporarily closed. Guests are kindly asked not to disturb the nesting birds during this time. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding whilst we allow nature to take its course.
