Welcome to our modern two-bedroom home in the peaceful area of Cairneyhill, Dunfermline. Ideal for business travellers, families, and holidaymakers, it offers both comfort and convenience.
Dunfermline, the former capital of Scotland, is rich in history. Just 10 minutes from our home, you`ll find popular attractions such as Dunfermline Abbey, Pittencrieff Park, and Carnegie Hall.
There is easy access to the M90 motorway, Queensferry Crossing, Forth Road Bridge, and Kincardine Bridge, as well as Halbeath Park & Ride, which offers convenient travel options to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Our home is only 15 minutes by car from Rosyth Dockyard and Babcock LGE, and just 25 minutes from Edinburgh Airport.

The nearby Halbeath Park & Ride offers quick and regular bus services to Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Dunfermline City train station is a 10-minute drive away and provides direct connections to Edinburgh Waverley, ideal for commuters or day trips to the capital.
The area is quiet, safe, and residential, making it a great choice for guests seeking a peaceful place to stay with everything you need close by. Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the property.
Whether you`re visiting for work at nearby Rosyth Dockyard or Babcock International (both 15 minutes away), exploring the historic sites of Fife, or commuting to Edinburgh, our home is a practical, comfortable, and well-connected place to call home during your stay.
