Cape Zalia is the newest location in the small collection of stylish holiday homes of the Zalia Retreats' portfolio. Located in Constantia, which is one of the most exclusive suburbs of Cape Town. Offering views of Table Mountain and the famous Constantia vineyards. Situated off a private a tree lined road, giving you the sense of calm and space, which allows you to quickly relax and unwind.
Just a 15 mins drive to central Cape Town or a 20 min drive to one of the Cape's best beaches, Llandudno its perfectly located to enjoy a variety of activities.
The house itself has been designed with living space on the first floor to take full advantage of the sweeping vistas. It overlooks a fabulous infinity pool and greener of Constantia.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor give quick access to the infinity pool. While the master bedroom on the first floors gives you mountain, vineyards and pool views.
The masterbroom has a Super King bed and free standing bath alongside a large ensutie which is wrapped around an old English oak tree.
A second large double bedroom has a king-size bed with pool and mountain views and opens onto the pool terrace.
The third large bedroom is a twin, which can also be made up into a king-size bed. It, too, has direct access to the pool. These bedrooms share access to a walk-in shower room.
There is air conditioning throughout the house with a wood burning fire for the cooler months. There is also ceiling fans for the nights that dont quiet require aircon.
The spacious living area is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating for all guests. There is Satellite TV with international channels and good WIFI throughout the home. The open plan dining space has a large table, appropriate for informal eating or fine dining.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a capacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. From here there is a large terrace offering views of the garden, pool and mountain.
Ideal for both the confident swimmer and the beginner, the eye-opening infinity pool offers Table Mountain views.
The space around the house has been landscaped with olive and citrus trees. Please help yourself to fresh oranges for your juice in the morning and lemons for your evening drinks.
Aligning under a steer towards increasing sustainability, most of the home is now solar powered, and use of plastic is minimised. For example, you will find that the tap water is ready filtered to remove the need for plastic bottles.
We have a local house manager who will be available for any issues you may come across during your stay.
