Luz, bien ventilada, abierta y muy cómodo, describe Sentinel Ver con cocina casa de vacaciones en Hout Bay. El flujo ininterrumpido del interior al exterior es creado por puertas de acordeón que se abren por completo el salón a la terraza. Entonces su sólo unos pocos pasos en la piscina exterior climatizada y construida en braii.
Cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, nevera alta biotecnología con hielo y dispensador de agua, máquina de café, etc.). Para aquellos que quieren permanecer en contacto con el hogar o negocio hay un módem de Internet, impresora y teléfono móvil suministrado. Mantener en lugar fresco o caliente, con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una chimenea en el salón. Los niños tienen juguetes para la piscina, juegos, DVD y PlayStation y una cuna de viaje y una silla alta para los más pequeños.
Hay cuatro dormitorios y tres cuartos de baño:

A nice place for a family to stay in Hout Bay

A nice, airy, secure and comfortable holiday home. Very happy that we found this place to stay. Check-in and check-out arrangements were very smooth. Recommended.

Heerlijk huis, volledig uitgerust!

Het huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers met 3 badkamers, goed overgedragen door iemand namens de eigenaar. Flexibel, behulpzaam. Wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt, zowel binnen als buiten. Veilig binnen een complex van 4 huizen met duidelijke alarminstallatie voor een optimaal veilig gevoel. Op loopafstand, wel een steile weg, van een shopping centre en het strand.

House was in top condition , Communication with all was great . Location is top only 10 min footwalk to supermarket and Restaurants . We will rent ist again without a doubt

A spacious house in a good and secure location. The garden could be better maintained and the house would benefit from having a door bell for the regular staff to get residents approval prior to entering the garden as it felt a little intrusive. The pool and decking also require some updating. These maybe relatively small details but should be considered. Having family living locally the house suited our needs.

Fantastic location and facilities

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was truly exceptional. On check-in the property was immaculately clean and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was awesome, especially on those hot Cape Town days, and we enjoyed using the braai and eating outside in the gorgeous outdoor space. The property offers great security, and some of us had to work remotely so the wifi was really efficient and dependable. Communication with the owner and agent was extremely professional and all our queries was answered quickly. I couldn't recommend this place enough for a holiday, 10 out of 10! Planning out next trip back already :)

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Prachtig huis op terrein met 3 andere villa’s maar met veel privacy. Uitdagende op/afrit maar verder keurig verzorgd. Alles aanwezig voor een heerlijke vakantie. Niet ver van winkels en vlakbij de Chapmans Peak Drive. Fijn dat we ondanks de dag vertraging snel het huis in konden . Voor herhaling vatbaar!

A lovely stay in Hout Bay

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Sentinel View. We found the property to be well located to the local amenities of Hout Bay and only a short taxi away from Constantia and Cape Town city centre. The pool and garden are were beautiful and everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Would strongly recommend the property!

Stunning house, great location. Our second Stay!

Lovely well presented house. Spacious rooms and very clean. Comfy big beds with nice white bed linen. Brilliant pool with beautiful surroundings. Well equipped with everything we needed and a very helpful guest book with leaflets in that helped us plan a lot of days and meals out. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping center and easy to get to all surrounding towns. This is our second visit to this house and we will defiantly be returning. Fay Heritage Sheffield

A fantastic house for a family holiday

We have just spent 12 days at this fabulous house . Located in beautiful Hout Bay which retains it's local feel , this house has everything you need to ensure a great holiday. The pool deck is in the sun right through to the evening making it great for a swim after a day out sightseeing. There is a great table for outside dining that seats 10 and a nice deck area for sunbathing or relaxing as well as the garden. Inside the house is well furnished , the bedrooms are all a good size with comfy beds and all three bathrooms have excellent showers. The Kitchen has everything you could need . And essential for travelling with teenagers the house has wifi ! The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants as well as local shops including 3 supermarkets if you want to self cater. Perfectly placed for visiting Constantia wine area , camp's Bay and the Waterfront can all be reached in under 20 minutes drive. This house could easily accommodate two families travelling together or in our case provided lots of space for a family of 4. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

Amazing

Wow! Just stunning. Sentinel View is such a lovely house and certainly had that homely feel. It offers amazing views - from the mountains all around to the beach in Hout Bay (even though it is not situated on the beach front you can hear the sea and it is a lovely walk down into Hout Bay). My family travelled from the UK and Tertia (Cape Town Villas) was our agent and ensured that our booking went smoothly and was quick to respond to any queries we had. She met us at the house and showed us around the property, which is truly well equipped and has everything you need. We were joined in our second week by friends from Jhb - the house is so spacious that we certainly didn't get under each others feet. We spent an amazing 2 and a bit weeks here and there were days where we were more than content to sit by the pool and enjoy what this home had to offer. I cannot recommend this house enough - beautiful house in a pretty garden and great service from the caretaker Garston, through to the cleaning service. I will definitely be looking to stay here on our next visit to the Cape. Thank you for making our family holiday that bit more special.

Excellent - listing descriptions accurate. Property clean and well maintained. Good customer service. Would definitely recommend this property (already have done). Enjoyed all restaurants we visited and plenty of attractions to suit all age groups.

Wow !!!! what an amazing experience.

My stay at Sentinel View was an awesome experience. The house, the view and surroundings were breathtaking. Every need was catered for within this beautiful property. It was maintained to a fantastically high standard and the grounds and surrounding area were immaculatey kept by Gaston the gardener/security, who was very polite and pleasant and made sure we were well looked after. The information provided by the owners, restaurants, places to visit, etc was of a very high standard and nothing was left out. Would highly recommend any one wanting to stay in Hout Bay to stay here for at least a week, if not longer. I did not want to come home .....ever!!!!

We wish our stay would have been longer, to fully take in all that Capetown has to offer. We cannot wait to return to Capetown and would only want to stay in your beautiful Hout Bay home. Spacious luxury in lovely location

A modern, spacious and beautifully equipped house. Good layout for friends and family holidays. Comfortable and tastefully decorated with an easy stroll down to interesting shops and restaurants. Luigi's is a particulas favourite. A short drive onto Mariner's Wharf is recommended. The Landing is excellent value for sea food, particularly the prawns. Also Chapman's Peak hotel for calamari while watching the sun set.

Just a beautiful place to stay

Lovely well equipped house and pool in a peaceful setting with wonderful views down to Hout Bay and plenty of good eating places and vineyards within easy reach. Perfect for sunbathing or sitting outside watching the sun go down. Stunning scenery throughout the Cape and Cape Town on the doorstep. What more could one want,

An amazing house to top off an amazing Holiday!

Walking into this house was jaw dropping for us. Very classy and tastefully done. It is very spacious and equipped with every thing you could possibly need and more. Great garden area and private full size pool and a BBQ that's bigger than my kitchen. Close to shops, markets and some of the best restaurants I have eaten in. Would recommend it to any one and we will definitely be returning.

Fabulous 5* accomodation

I would absolutely recommend choosing this property if planning a trip to Cape Town. The facilities are first class with everything you will need for a most comfortable stay; from beach towels to toiletries, egg cups to collanders, WIFI and mobile phone access. Wonderful, accomodating service personnel; no request too much trouble. The views over Hout Bay are breathtaking, especially when relaxing in the heated pool! The owners have taken every care to ensure guests have all the required information about the house and the surrounding area, with detailed information packs available to plan all trips and excursions during our stay. Hout Bay is ideally located as a base to explore all Cape Town has to offer. We would definitely book here again.
